Studio tout confort et très propre, clim wifi, vue à couper le souffle ! A proximité du centre ville et de la magnifique plage de Calvi. Accueil au top par Mme et M R. Super réactifs et chaleureux. Je recommande mais pour 4, prenez 2 studios…. 😉

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le gros atout de l’appartement est sa vue sur la citadelle et sa localisation au cœur de Calvi ! L’appartement est bien pour 2 personnes, bien équipé et pratique.

Klein , aber fein!

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist korrekt. Ruhig, Top Blick auf Bucht, Zitadelle u. Meer. Pool um die Ecke sowie Meerzugang (Felsen). In 5 Min. Zu Fuß im kleinen Hafen von Calvi. Sehr schönes Städtchen. Mit 4 Personen & Hund war es bei ausgeklappten Schrankbett (bequem!) u. 2 ausgeklappten Schlafsesseln zwar eng, aber wir waren eh nur draußen zu Essen u. Spielen. Der Rasenstreifen mit Sonnenliegen u. Wäscheständer reicht völlig. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett u. hilfsbereit. Wir hörten zum Glück nur Französisch. Idealer Ort zum Entspannen oder auch Wandern im Hinterland, Tauchen, Bootstouren machen etc. Schmaler Sandstrand ideal f. kleine Kinder ist ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß in der Bucht von Calvi.

Séjour parfait!!

Studio petit mais très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. L'emplacement est plus que parfait , tout se fait à pied et la vue est à couper le souffle. Le summum reste l'accès à cette crique depuis l'appartement . Vous nagez dans un véritable aquarium naturel.

Calvi est pour moi la ville la plus chouette de Corse, en plus nous sommes tombés sur le plus bel emplacement 😊 résidence très calme même si un peu juste pour 4 ça ne nous empêchera pas de revenir.. grosse déprime à la fin du séjour 😃

Die Beschreibung des Studios und der Anlage entspricht der Wahrheit. Alles ist o.k., in bestem Zustand, gepflegt, sehr ruhig. Das Studio ist dem Meer zugewendet. Man hört manchmal ein leises Wellenrauschen sonst nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Parkplatz gesichert im Innenhof. Die Lage ist super: Toller Blick aufs Meer und die Citadelle, märchenhaft, irreal, direkt hinter den alten Gassen von Calvi, mit allen Kneipen, Restaurants, shops und der eindrucksvollen "citadelle" .In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am astreinen Sand - Strand mit glasklarem Wasser , in der traumhaft schönen Badebucht von Calvi mit den Bergen dahinter als Traumkulisse. Der Zugang zu dem Fisch reichen Meer über die Felsen gleich unter dem Studio ist etwas schwierig. Man muß halt langsam machen...Der Pool ist angenehm. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr o.k. Zu dritt und zu viert wird's eng...im " Studio". Wir waren zu zweit. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer und zentral in Calvi!

Kleine fewo, die aber alles hat was man braucht! Sehr sauber! Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. In der Fewo und auf der Terrasse genießt man Ruhe und einen fantastischen Blick auf's Meer. Sobald man ein paar Schritte geht, befindet man sich mitten im Trubel von Calvi! Perfekte Lage der Fewo!

Location en tous points parfaite Les amoureux du shopping ont la ville a deux pas, les fans de la mer n ont que quelques mètres a faire pour s équiper d un masque et tuba et plonger dans un véritable aquarium, que dire de la piscine sinon que c est magnifique de nager avec une telle vue Bref nous avons trouvé notre lieu de vacances sur Calvi Merci

Atout majeur : la situation géographique

Studio effectivement très bien situé : proche du centre et de la citadelle, la voiture peut rester au parking sécurisé. La vue est superbe. l'appartement, bien que petit (2 personnes ça va, après cela devient devient du camping) est très bien équipé. A noter la qualité de la literie et le souci évident des propriétaires d'entretenir le logement. Bémol : la présence d'un autre propriétaire occupant un appartement à l'année peu diplomate voire antipathique et n'appréciant pas les chiens. Remerciements par contre aux gardiens de la résidence: Mr et Mme Lemercier pour leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité.
