Joli studio bien placé mais agence gestionnaire à fuir

Studio rénové bien équipé bien placé avec place de stationnement Le canapé sert de couchage La salle d'eau n'est pas très haute et donc la douche Attention si vous êtes grand Il se trouve sur une avenue assez bruyante Ce studio est géré par une agence qu'il faut relancer en amont La caution qu'il faut régler avant le séjour est gérée par un autre intermédiaire impersonnel qui prend 4,50 euros de frais en sus des 500 euros déposés en garantie L'accueil est très expeditif et se limite à une remise de clés. Cela prend 4 mn. La tv ne fonctionnait pas . Impossible d'obtenir l'aide du correspondant local. Lors de la sortie, le rdv a été pris via la procédure et confirmé par sms à la correspondante à heure précise. Or, cette dernière n'a pas pu venir et m'a demandé de déposer les clés dans le placard du compteur électrique. J'ai dû la relancer à 4 reprises et elle m'a informé qu'elle avait bien récupéré les clés 2h30 plus tard Par conséquent, je vous déconseille ce studio compte tenu de cet intermédiaire peu scrupuleux d'autant que l'on doit consigner 500 euros. Mon séjour comptait 4 nuits. De plus, l'information contractuelle préalable n'est pas suffisante ce qui n'est pas vraiment légal.
