Central location with street noise

The location of the flat is very central, next to Hotel du Palace, the Casino and the main beach. The windows face inland, east, which is probably good because in the hot season the flat would get too hot in the afternoon as there is no air conditioning. However the busiest street in town is just under the balcony, and therefore you get a lot of noise if the window is open or if you sit on the balcony. On the other hand, it is difficult to avoid sitting on the balcony as there is very little space to do so inside the flat. Otherwise the equipment and amenities are fine. Best for people who need the flat only for sleeping in.

Merci pour cet accueil, le studio n'était pas des plus grands mais très confortable et très agréables à vivre. La propreté était très correct. L'emplacement était idéal. Le seul regret à corriger une prochaine fois était de ne pas être face mer... A bientôt. Thomas

Apartamento sucio

El apartamento estaba sucio (cristales muy sucios, suelo con restos de inquilinos anteriores), y las sabanas a parte de pequeñas (sobraban 3 dedos por cada lado) estaban con manchas de humedad. Por supuesto que utilizamos los que trajimos nosotros ya que eran igual de pequeños pero infinitamente mas limpios.

Mauvaise expérience

Le studio était dans un état assez lamentable au niveau de la propreté, ce qui fait que nous n'en avons pas du tout profité. Bouteilles vides qui traînaient partout, restes de nourriture et de produit de beauté un peu partout également, taches diverses et variées sur le sol comme sur les traversins, ampoule grillée dans les toilettes, moquette sale, etc. Donc, tel quel, à fuir !
