Absolutely stunning view from the balcony! Flat was comfortable with everything we needed and was easy to get to as we were travelling by train. We went to the Halles to pick up delicious food and ate well while watching the sea and the sun from the balcony. So relaxing and just what we needed. Natalie was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing view but inferior experience

This apartment is in one of the best locations in Biarritz. The view and location is phenomenal, with great proximity to beaches. Unfortunately communication was poor so our check in was difficult. Other issues were that there were no linen or towels included so it was quite a hassle, but the host luckily agreed to provide fitted sheets for the bed. The bed was comfortable. There is no WiFi. We didn’t even think to check because one always expects WiFi. The bathroom sink was not well cleaned and the windowsill in the bathroom covered in dirt and spider webs. The wardrobe was covered in dust and dirt. We had to pay for cleaning which was annoying because the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The frying pans in the kitchen were old but otherwise it was well equipped except for having no tea towel to dry dishes. The apartment would be perfect if there was WiFi and if it was cleaner with linen and cleaning included, and it the host got some help to improve communication with non-French guests.

Best view in Biarritz!

This property is fantastic! It is a very practical Studio apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen and bath. The beds fold down from the wall and are actually very comfortable. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs and looks over the Vieux Port, probably the nicest beach in Biarritz. One can look down the cote Basque on one side, viewing Spain on a clear day, and up the coast to the lighthouse of Biarritz on the other. The view is simply exceptional. While the location is right on the ocean, it is easy walking distance to the city center. This area is popular with partiers and motorcyclists, so expect noise into the night. The property is thus excellent for those who want to enjoy the nightlife! Personally, I found it a bit too "animated" for my taste, and look forward to renting this property again during a quieter season (I was in Biarritz during the highest of the high season). In any case, the balcony doors were effective in keeping out the noise, so I had no trouble sleeping. The apartment does not have wifi, although I was able to use a hotspot through my telecommunications company, SFR, so there was no problem. There is also a Biarritz city wifi for public use, although I did not test this. All in all, I highly recommend this property! It's a great base to explore the Basque country, or to just relax on the balcony with a drink and take in the marvellous view.

Logement avec vue sur mer magnifique

Ce logement promet une vue magnifique et un emplacement idéal malgré un réel problème de stationnement. Cependant, la vue proposée ne doit pas être le seul point fort du logement surtout au prix auquel il est proposé (saison haute). Le logement est décoré avec goût, néanmoins la salle de bain est à remettre au goût du jour (vieillotte et abimée). Nous avons été très déçu par le manque de propreté. Ce logement mérite un nettoyage approfondi à tous les niveaux (salle de bain, frigo, aliments secs périmés dans le placard, rail coulissant au bas de la baie vitrée, vitres) et un lavage voir remplacement de la couette et des oreillers qui ont une odeur très désagréable. L'hôte qui reste facilement joignable ne semble malheureusement ne pas en avoir conscience.

Bonjour Sans grand étonnement, je prends aujourd’hui connaissance de votre commentaire. Concernant le stationnement, il n est pas indiqué de parking dans l annonce…. Bienvenue à Biarritz en Août !!! Mais pour autant un parking souterrain est à disposition à moins de 5mn à pied comme je vous l ai précisé à votre arrivée. Concernant la salle de bains, c est mon choix de la conserver comme l ancien hôtel la proposait, les voyageurs revenant tous les ans ne m ont jamais fait part de telles remarques…. navrée que ça ne vous ait pas plu… ! Lorsque vous êtes arrivés (a 9:00 au lieu de 15:00) nous avons fait le tour de l appartement ensemble, cette visite m’a paru très pointilleuse de votre part (sans me déranger car c’est normal) puisque vous avez été jusqu’à relever la lunette des wc pour en vérifier certainement l état de propreté… Vous n avez émis d ailleurs aucune observation sur l état du studio. L appartement était propre ! Lorsque vous m avez contactée pour faire part de vos réclamations, je vous ai proposé de faire revenir la femme de ménage, ce que vous avez formellement refusé, car en effet, j essaye toujours de faire en sorte que les choses se passent avec les vacanciers… En est il de même vous …. !!! Très bien situé avec vue sur mer. Le hic, il faut tout amener: draps, serviettes, papier toilette, torchon, etc. Tapis de bain, alaise et couvertures pas nettoyés entre les visites. Pas de wifi. Il faut aussi faire le ménage en partant sinon on vous charge 50 ou 60 euros supplémentaires.

Traumblick und wunderschöne Stadt. Jeden Morgen konnte man im Meer sicher schwimmen. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet und hat für den Sommer die perfekte Lage. Abends traumhafter Sonnenuntergang. Für Lärmempfindliche empfiehlt sich nachts Ohropax oder schließen der Terrassentür Wir fanden es super hier

La vue...splendide...bien orientée

Sejour parfait... on peut faire tout à pied..so on le désire. Les couchers de soleils splendides.. Les marches sur la corniche...les boutiques et restaurants tout a côté... Les halles et leur ambiance.. Etc.... magnifique sejour. On y retournera..cest sûr

Vacances idéales restera gravée dans nos mémoires

J'ai cherché longtemps un appartement idéal qui correspondait à mes souhaits, vue de la mer depuis le balcon, déjeuner au soleil levant avec l'océan qui nous berçait. Appartement très bien meublé rien ne manque et par dessus tout la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous a reçu agréablement un conseil, n'hésitez pas à louer mais surtout laissez nous une petite semaine de vacances. Merci encore Mme la propriétaire.

Séjour mi octobre. Nathalie est une personne très agréable et arrangeante. Très belle vue sur le rocher de la vierge. A cette époque, pas trop de difficultés à se garer. A recommander.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Biarritz dans un appartement très agréable : clair, fonctionnel, bien entretenu, et surtout excellemment placé, jouissant d’une très belle vue mer. Les vitres ouvertes, on entend l’océan, c’est magique. Excellent accueil aussi bien téléphonique par la propriétaire que sur place un grand MERCI. Je recommande cette location sans problème !

Magnifique séjour, vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan

Studio cosy, agréable et fonctionnel situé au 4ème étage. Vue imprenable sur l'océan. Terrasse abritée du vent qui permet de prendre chaque repas face au Rocher de la Vierge ! Plage du Port Vieux accessible en 2 mn, celle de la Côte des Basques en 5 mn. Centre ville à 5mn à pied. Séjour inoubliable et exceptionnel. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer.
