Pierre, the owner was very accommodating after our flight was cancelled due to a delay.

The property was in the city center, next to all the city life, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The apartment is updated and had all the amenities needed for our family of 4. We come every year and like to try different areas and this is one we will book again.

Au coeur de Biarritz

Très agréable séjour d'une semaine en famille. Ce lumineux appartement ne laisse aucune demande insatisfaite et se trouve, de fait, au centre de toutes les activités que cette belle ville peut offrir. Une place de parking dans le parking public d'en face est inclus dans la location. Puisque nous étions près de tout, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de tout le séjour. Avis à ceux pour qui le train ou l'avion sont des options. Notre fils ainé qui suivait une préparation d'étude en ligne, a pu apprécié l'espace dédié au télétravail qu'une porte coulissante permet d'isoler du reste du living. Accueil très professionnel. Nous recommandons vivement.

Bel appartement en hyper-centre de Biarritz

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet très bel appartement qui est décoré et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et équipé de façon optimale. Pour faire court : il y a tout et même plus. La carte de parking ainsi que la cabine de plage ont été très utiles. Nous nous sommes beaucoup déplacés en transport en commun et train car le Pays Basque a été une destination très demandée cette année et la circulation fût par conséquence très dense. Mais depuis l’appartement, tout est facilement accessibles que ce soit commerces, restaurants, boutiques ou plages. Une adresse à conserver. Merci !!

Appartement magnifique idéalement situé

Notre séjour à Biarritz s'est déroulé de manière idéale. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne chargée de la remise des clés a été parfaite, toutes nos questions ont reçu des réponses rapides et détaillées. L'appartement, idéalement situé en plein cœur de la ville, est décoré avec soin dans un style contemporain et il dispose d'un équipement très complet (c'est bien simple rien ne manque). La mise à disposition d'une place de stationnement dans le parking situé en face de l'immeuble et la possibilité d'utiliser une cabine de plage font également partie des plus indéniables de cet appartement. A réserver les yeux fermés !!!

l'appartement est aussi beau que sur les photos :). la literie est très confortable et l'hygiène impeccable. il est en plein centre, et à quelques minutes de la plage. idéal si l'on souhaite être plongé au cœur de la vie Biarrote. la place de parking et la tente sur la grande plage sont des plus très appréciables en période d'affluence.

Logement de standing suréquipé idéal pour court et long séjour

Dès la réservation effectuée le propriétaire, très organisé, nous a communiqué tout ce dont nous avions besoin de savoir pour bien préparer notre séjour : livrets d’accueil exhaustifs sur la location et la localisation. Cet accompagnement a été parfait avant, pendant et après notre voyage. Appartement de standing très bien agencé et idéalement situé en centre-ville. Parfait pour profiter de la plage comme de la ville jusqu’à la dernière minute du couvre feu... Équipement plus que complet pour un court comme un long séjour. Le parking inclus est un réel atout même hors saison. Seul bémol pour notre part : l’eau chaude disponible pour se doucher (famille de 5 personnes), ce point a été pris en charge immédiatement par le propriétaire avec une proposition d’intervention d’un professionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement et dans cette ville. Merci de nous avoir ouvert les portes de votre très beau bien.

Au centre de tout

Cette location au cœur de la ville est parfaite pour un mode de vie tout à pied et la carte fournie pour le parking (qui se trouve à 20m) en fait une base idéale pour rayonner sut toute la région en s'affranchissant des problèmes de stationnement qui sont récurrents à Biarritz. L’appartement, à la décoration soignée,est très agréable car parfaitement agencé et équipé.

L' Appartement est très agréable et moderne Les équipements sont très complets, rien ne manque (on se sent comme si nous sommes à la maison avec toutes les commodités); L'emplacement est au top, et même si vous êtes en plein centre ville, aucun bruit avec le double vitrage (très bien isolé) et le système de chauffage fonctionnait très bien (on devait réguler les thermostats à 20°-21°C) et il faisait très bon dans tout l'appartement Merci au propriétaire pour le petit cadeau de Bienvenue - Les macarons de la maison Adams; c'était un délice, (nous avons racheté plusieurs fois ces petites gourmandises) Nous avons vraiment apprécie cet adresse.

Appartement idéalement situé, en plein centre de Biarritz, permettant de tout faire à pied. Nous avons séjourné mon épouse ,deux de nos petits enfants ( 17 et 19 ans ) et moi-même dans ce superbe appartement.Que dire en peu de mots ? Je m'attacherais à parler surtout de l'extrême confort de ce logement. Celui-ci dispose,outre l'essentiel, de tous les équipements et accessoires qui ne peuvent qu'améliorer et faciliter le séjour de l'occupant et ceci dans une décoration harmonieuse de très bon goût et de parfaite propreté Du lave-linge et séchoir électronique à la bouilloire électrique,de la TV connectée à la cafetière Nespresso,de l'excellence de la literie aux doubles fenêtres et aux lourds rideaux occultants permettant de bonnes nuits ,TOUT est mis en oeuvre pour que le repos recherché y soit bien assuré . L"espace cuisine suréquipé invite aux essais de "la cuisine basque" Tout est rendu proche ,car blotti en plein centre de la ville,à deux pas de la mer ,des Halles ou des commerces .Cet appartement mérite d'être complimenté pour la bonne détente qu'il procure. Je ne peux que recommander cette location à un tissu d'amis exigeants et curieux .

Central, design, facile à vivre

À Biarritz à l’occasion des fêtes de Bayonne, mes amies et moi avons passé une excellente semaine. Les pièces à vivre agréables et les chambres isolées rendent l’appartement aussi propice aux moments partagés qu’au repos. Seul bémol : le brouhaha de la place Clemenceau ne peut être éradiqué qu’en fermant complètement les fenêtres, regrettable en été. Ça doit être le prix à payer pour un emplacement hyper-central, aussi proche des commerces que de l’océan. En conclusion, un appartement pour des vacances sans prise de tête : tout-à-pied, suréquipé, prolongé par la tente sur la Grande Plage… Nous reviendrons !

SEJOUR DE GRANDE QUALITE

La première remarque positive que je ferais est d'ordre général car elle concerne l'emplacement même de l'appartement. Celui-ci étant situé au centre de la ville à deux pas du marché, des commerces, des restaurants et à une toute petite distance de la plage , la voiture au garage en face , nous ne sommes déplacés qu'à pied , sans aucun souci de stationnement . La deuxième remarque est relative à l'agencement de l'appartement lui-même : très éclairé , décoré à la fois avec sobriété et élégance , rendu chaleureux par le choix des couleurs et de plus avec toutes les commodités d'un modernisme de qualité. A cela ajoutons une grande propreté de l'ensemble. Notre semaine fut des plus agréables; nous reviendrons et indiquons cette adresse à nos amis.

Que du positif !

Proche de la plage, des commerces et des transports, l'appartement est particulièrement bien placé. De plus, il est très bien isolé du bruit ; son exposition Place Clemenceau n'est donc pas un problème. L'accès inclus à une tente sur la Grande Plage est un véritable plus en haute saison. Pas de défaut notable pour cette location de qualité, dont nous espérons pouvoir profiter à nouveau.
