This neo Basque style house is spread over two levels: the ground floor (100 m2) we offer to rent for 6 people, is located in the center of Biarritz in a quiet area. It is bright, spacious, fully renovated, 1 km from the beach and 15 min walk from downtown. The terrace with plancha and garden furniture allow you to enjoy meals with family outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air of Biarritz. Children can play in the fenced plot of 900 m2.
The electrical appliances of last generation and you can easily park your car in front of the property in a quiet street in the non paid parking. The interior meanwhile includes:
- 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, another with 1 double and 1 single bed and one with 1 single bed.
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower and separate toilet.
- A fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle ...).

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll, fußläufig in die Stadt und zu den ersten Stränden (ca. 25 Minuten). Auch der Garten ist wirklich schön, das haben wir sehr genossen. Einen Parkplatz findet man in der ruhigen Straße vor dem Haus auch auf jeden Fall. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und auch dem Nachbarn waren super.Leider empfanden wir das Haus als sehr hellhörig, sodass es nachts oftmals sehr laut war (z.B. wenn die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung drüber lief). Auch eine Grundreinigung hätte nicht geschadet. Oberflächlich war es sauber, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen in die Schränke oder unter Möbelstücke war es leider nicht wirklich sauber.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Biarritz. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Selbst für schlechtes Wetter ist gesorgt, da sehr viele Spiele vorhanden sind - top für Familien mit Kindern! Der ein oder andere Schrank könnte moderner sein, aber darauf kommt es nicht an. Die Betten waren bequem, in der modernen Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Das Beste ist die sehr große Dusche. Leider haben wir die Gastgeber nicht getroffen, wir hätten uns gern persönlich bedankt!

Attention aux locataires

L'emplacement était bon. Mais nous ne savions pas que des personnes vivraient au-dessus de nous ! La description de la location ne mentionnait nulle part que quelqu'un d'autre vivait dans la maison. Ce n'est pas la même chose que de réserver la partie inférieure de la maison. Nulle part dans la description il n'est dit que nous ne pouvions pas faire de bruit pendant la journée parce que le locataire voulait être tranquille pour faire son travail... pourtant nous pouvions entendre TOUT ce qui se passait là-haut... chaque pas, chaque conversation, et tout autre comportement personnel privé. Nous l'avons également surpris en train de regarder par nos fenêtres et, pour une raison quelconque, de prendre des photos de notre séjour. Cela ressemblait à du harcèlement et à un environnement très peu sûr. Nous avons donc décidé de partir après 3 jours de notre séjour de 9 jours. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis aussi mal accueillis depuis que nous sommes en France.

Rez-de-chaussée d'une maison : très fonctionnel, propreté irréprochable. Taille du jardin appréciée. Pour 2 adultes et un chien. 4 personnes seraient un maximum. 6 certainement pas. La porte du réfrigérateur ne ferme pas complétement, les 2 tire-bouchons devraient être changés, craquement du plancher à l'étage supérieur qui peut être un peu dérangeant pour certaines personnes. Bon souvenir de cette location. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Impossible de garer la voiture

Villa est clôturé. Mais la gestion du portail ce fait par le propriétaire qui vie au dessus. Il laisse ouvert quand il perd son chien Il l’ouvre pour faire garer c est invité ( véhicule garer à cheval dans la propriété et trottoir) Nous n avons pas pu laisser le petit jouet dehors Et sortir notre chien sans surveillance. De plus c est impossible de garer le véhicule à proximité . Nous avons demandé au voisin il nous on confirmé que c est toujours comme ça en juillet et août.( une grosse rayure sur notre véhicule location ) Nous sommes partis 2 jours plus tôt car le craquement du plancher du voisin de déçu faisait peur au petit de 3 ans. ( on ne pouvait pas les empêcher de marcher) Villa trop chère 23oo euro la semaine Pour tous ses inconvénients Bonne continuation Famille Nege

Huis in een zeer gezellige en rustige wijk

Het huis (benedenverdieping) heeft een ideale ligging in Biarritz en is ideaal met honden, vooral door de omheinde tuin.

Belle location très bien située

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location en rez-de-chaussée. Elle est très bien située et proche de tout. Le quartier est très calme. L'arrivée fut très facile et le petit panier garni à été très apprécié ! La plaque de cuisson était assez longue à chauffer... peut-être est-ce à vérifier. Nous aurions aussi aimé avoir des flûtes à champagne pour trinquer à la nouvelle année mais ce n'est qu'un détail ! Dans l'ensemble, la location est vraiment chouette... Merci pour cet accueil !

Leider eine Enttäuschung

Das Objekt ist nett, doch leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das betrifft vor allem den Komfort der Betten und die elektrische Ausstattung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, doch nicht gut gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war hilfsbereit. Auch war es in der Auschreibung für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass im Haus noch eine andere Familie wohnte. Dies führte zu Problemen, was wir gerne vermieden hätten. Es war leider nicht so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten und wir sind folglich vorzeitig ausgezogen.

Séjour agréable

Maison très coquette et très bien équipée avec une bonne literie. Quartier très calme. Grand jardin clôturé adapté, petit panier garni à notre arrivée bien agréable. Seul bémol. Le logement, bien qu'occupée par une voisine très sympathique au 1er étage de la maison, occasionne des bruits lors des déplacements sur le plancher.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec le soleil au rdv, une maison toute équipée, un grand jardin agréable pour nous ainsi que nos animaux à 4 pattes. Très bien entretenu. Il ya l aéroport à proximité mais cela n'ai vraiment pas une gêne car les vols sont rare et aucun la nuit. Il ya la voisine qui habite au dessus mais très discrète, souvent absente et nous a donner les super conseils sur la ville de biarritz, plage, endroit magnifique à visiter. Nous la remercions de sa gentillesse. Cette maison est chaleureuse, à découvrir région Basque, très bien située !!! A proximité de tout. Des propriétaires très disponibles et à l écoute, très bon échange. Ainsi que avec francine. Notre beau père nous a rejoint et ainsi prolonger d une semaine. Top !!!

Vacances parfaites

Maison très agréable surtout le jardin avec le barbecue. Prestations tout à fait conformes à l'annonce. Seul petit bémol: la proximité avec l l'aéroport mais peu de vols dans la journee et aucun vol la nuit. Tranquillité assurée.

Wunderbar, komfortabel und charmant

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und hat einen großen gepflegten Garten. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen, in nächster Nähe liegt ein hübscher kleiner laden und ein Supermarkt. Die Küche war absolut perfekt eingerichtet, nichts fehlte! Das Bad ist sehr modern und gross. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern verlief völlig reibungslos, schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Villa Baratzean. Celle-ci est fonctionnelle et très bien agencée. La situation géographique est idéale. (15 minutes du centre de Biarritz à pied environ). Le plus, étant la terrasse donnant sur un jardin clôt joliment fleuri ou nous avons profités pleinement des équipements (Plancha, salon de jardin cosy...). Nous vous conseillons cette location. Clean, comfortable, and a good location

The house is in a good location and easy to access. Laurence was great about keeping in contact and answering questions. Though we had to buy toilet paper, hand soap, and tissues, the house was well equipped with everything else. The beds were quite comfortable, which was especially nice for weary travelers crossing the ocean and several time zones. Merci beaucoup!

Conformité et propreté

Nous venons de passer 8 jours en famille dans une maison très bien équipée où il ne manque vraiment rien (électroménager au top). Centre ville à pied apprécié, commerces de proximité... La villa est bien entretenue, propre et très agréable, notamment lorsque le beau temps est au rendez-vous avec grand jardin (un plus pour les enfants). Une location à recommander les yeux fermés.
