About this property

Contemporary house not far from the center

Old townhouse, very spacious and completely renovated with a small garden and a south-facing terrace in a quiet area of Biarritz, not far from the beaches and 8 minutes from the center on foot.
The house is contemporary and refined, ideal for spending holidays on the Basque coast and discovering the region.
You can enjoy the stove in winter and the fir tree at Christmas.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and bright with 3 beautiful bedrooms on two floors at your disposal and accommodates 6 people (2 additional people can be added). Please note 2 beds are old and measure 1.25m.

You will have access to the whole house (except the attic and 2 rooms upstairs) with the use included of the utility room which is also the 2nd bathroom on the ground floor, there are two independent toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional.
It is important to note that the staircase leading to the 1st floor has no banister and that a cat normally lives there (but not during the rental)

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hsus in der Nähe des Meeres. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Strand. Sehr gut eingerichtete große Küche, kleiner sehr angenehmer Garten, wir durften sogar Tomaten ernten. Insgesamt hervorragende Erfshrung

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Biarritz et c'est en partie grâce à notre logement qui était très agréable à vivre au quotidien. La maison est grande, pratique, bien meublée avec un bel extérieur pour passer de bonnes soirées. Nous étions 7 personnes et c'était agréable à vivre au quotidien. La situation de la maison permet d'aller au centre en 15' à pieds. Il est aussi possible d'aller à la plage à pieds. Même si il n'y a pas de parking avec la location, nous avons régulièrement trouvé des places sans trop de problème. Anne, la propriétaire, nous a très bien accueilli et toutes les informations de l'annonce et communiquées par la suite ont été fiables et très utiles. Le chat Hermès était marrant et c'était la bonne surprise ! Il a réussi à séduire toute la famille! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Séjour très agréable

Localisation et maison conformes à la description. Malgré une météo capricieuse en décembre, notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Nos activités ont eu lieues essentiellement à l'intérieur avec 3 enfants. La compagnie d'Hermès (le chat) est au final un véritable atout. Nous recommandons.

Agréable et spacieux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse. Le contact avec les propriétaires a toujours été réactif et chaleureux, attentifs à nos remarques. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Le jardin permet de profiter de l’extérieur et prendre les repas. La plage et le centre de Biarritz accessibles à pied (15-20 min). Merci pour ce bon séjour

Une maison très confortable et très bien située.

Maison dans un environnement calme, très confortable, bien chauffée, avec une literie de qualité (même si certains lits doubles sont un peu étroits) et la délicate attention du fléchage des placards de la cuisine. Le patience du chat a séduit nos deux filles! Une fois la voiture posée, nous avons pu faire tous nos déplacements sur Biarritz et le bord de mer à pied. Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille!

Une magnifique maison, un jardin, la mer - à Biarritz

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en Août 2019. La maison est joliment décorée et fonctionnelle. Le jardin nous a permis d'accueillir des amis et la famille pour de longs déjeuners à l'extérieur (protégés du soleil par des toiles de tente couvrant la table extérieure). A 15 min à pied de la grande plage - l'éloignement du centre ville nous a permis de trouver facilement des places pour nous garer - ce qui facilitait nos déplacements dans Biarritz (plage Miramar pour les cours de surf des enfants). Bref, un super séjour. Merci Anne pour votre hospitalité et à très bientôt !
