400 m away from the large beach, 100 m away from a supermarket, 100 m away from the free shuttle going around Biarritz, in a private courtyard, bright apartment with 3 main rooms on the 1st floor of a gorgeous listed villa. Private and secured parking lot in the courtyard (closed by an electric gate). To have dinner, beautiful terrace giving onto the garden. Very comfortable apartment, high ceiling, original floor, very big windows to make sure it is very bright. Perfectly equipped: dish-washer, washing machine, television, TV, DVD player, glass ceramic hob (4), oven, microwave… Sleeping: a 160x200 bed, 90 cm bunk beds, a 140 cm sofa bed, easy to open without moving the cushions, 14 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Possible to rent sheets, household and bathroom linen (for a month, 2 weeks or a weekend).
