recent basque type house on the ground floor, about 135 m2 living space, very bright southern exposure in front of the house and the swimming pool. a small flower garden with a magnificent olive tree at the back of the house. Swimming pool with all the comforts, sunbathing, outdoor sofa, table, parasol, plancha ... to enjoy and spend a wonderful sunny holiday.
The house has 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and 1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds and a sofa bed.
There is 1 bathroom, 1 WC and 1 shower room with WC adjoining two bedrooms.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans la maison de Valentine et son mari et nous avons profiter de tout les aménagements promis. La piscine est très bien et nous a permis de nous détendre après nos visites dans cette superbe région. Je recommande cette location.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 6 personnes dans la maison de Valentine. La maison est bien décorée, très agréable, avec ses 4 grandes chambres, une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine et le salon de jardin permettent de passer de belles journées à l'extérieur. Les prêts de vélos gratuits situés à quelques centraines de mètres permettent de se déplacer facilement via les pistes cyclables, vers les plages ou vers Bayonne et Biarritz. Valentine et son conjoint nous ont bien aidé à organiser notre séjour et sont vraiment charmants. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances!

Je conseil la location de cette très agréable villa, la maison est très bien agencée et vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour les vacances. Petit plus les propriétaires sont vraiment sympas et accueillants. Alors allez y les yeux fermés.

Maison au calme, très bien située

Très bien située (commerces accessible à pied, location de vélos gratuites pour la journée au bout de la rue, mer à 10mn de voiture) dans une rue calme et paisible, cette maison de plein pied est très agréable et nous a permis de passer de belles vacances. La piscine surélevée offre un surplus de sécurité pour les enfants en bas ages, et la terrasse est très appréciable en fin de soirée. Et pour ne rien gâcher, les locataires sont très serviables et très réactifs en cas de petits pépins.

Que du bonheur

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans une maison très agréable, bien entretenu, Les propriétaire sont très à l'écoute et on décoré leur maison avec goût. La propreté était parfaite, et la maison avait tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le quartier est tranquille et nous avons pu aller nous promener à pied jusqu'à bayonne pour faire le marché de Noël. Malheureusement étant venu en période d'hiver nous n'avons pas pu profité de la piscine mais nous reviendrons certainement avec joie cet été.

Le point de prêt des vélos gratuits (en été) par la ville d''Anglet à 3min à pied est un vrai plus très agréable pour se rendre au bord de mer en toute quiétude. Chaudement recommandé."
