We are offering a villa of approximately 200 m2 in the Chiberta area, 2.5 km from the lifeguard-patrolled beaches of Marinella and Sable d'Or in Anglet. The house is situated on a lot of approximately 900 m² with a heated pool secured by a roll-up cover (which opens with a key stored in a lockable pool house).<br><br>The villa is very bright, featuring beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen opening onto a large terrace that can be covered by a large awning.<br><br>A large 60 m² living area on the ground floor combines the kitchen, the living room (with a stove), and the dining room.<br>Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and storage space.<br><br>Upstairs, the house features 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and 1 bedroom converted into a dormitory, with a bathroom (with a bathtub) on the other side of the hallway. We’d be happy to recommend local businesses.<br><br>Biarritz Airport and the train stations in Bayonne and Biarritz are 15 minutes away.<br><br>Cleaning and laundry services are included in the rental price upon check-in. The pool maintenance technician and gardener visit every two weeks.<br>For rentals of two weeks or longer, the housekeeper will come for 2 to 3 hours on Mondays; this service is at your expense.<br><br>The pool is open—approximately—from June 1 to September 15, depending on the pool maintenance technician’s availability.<br><br>Requests for two-week rentals will be given priority during peak season.
