THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE CORAL is a welcoming and sober apartment. Its high ceilings, its beautiful windows and its brightness bring an incredible character to this lovely apartment designed for 4 people.
THE APARTMENT The large windows of the living room are open on the Ocean and the Hôtel du Palais. You will also be able to enjoy this amazing view from the kitchen, which is open on the dining room and the living room. In the living room, you will be able to enjoy relaxing moments in front of the TV, and have lunch with friends or family around the large dining room of the living room.
BEDROOMS On the night side, you will have a double room and a second room with two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with double washbasin and Italian shower. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with care: designer shelves, velvet bedspreads, custom-made curtains made by local artisans... Nothing has been left to chance.
PRACTICAL SIDE Great luxury in Biarritz, the apartment has a private garage within the residence. Behind the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
THE THINGS WE LOVE We love the midnight blue chosen in the kitchen, contrasting with the nice oak floor of the apartment. We love the originality of the openings of the apartment where all the rooms communicate for more luminosity.
THE DISTRICT CORAL is located close to the city center of Biarritz. At the foot of the apartment, you can find all the most luxurious stores in the city. You will be able to reach the great beach of Biarritz or the Miramar beach less than 5 minutes walk away. Les Halles is a 15-minute walk away. As you can see, CORAL offers you the opportunity to discover Biarritz by foot.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME CONDITIONS As a general rule, arrivals in the accommodations are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and departures from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For any arrival or departure before 8 am and after 7 pm, an additional fee is applied: From 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm - 50€. From 10pm to Midnight - 80€. From Midnight to 6:00 am - 120€. From 6:00 am to 8:00 am - 80€.

Nice apartment, second floor, street sometimes loud at night, neighbors had renovations working not very pleasant but overall great location overlooking the seafront and sunset! Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Kitchen well maintained and equipped.
Amazing open view of beach. At end of beach near Hotel de Palais in large quiet condo building. Five minute walk to beach. Good private garage. We were driving a Renault Captur and it fit with room to spare. We were there in early May so it was comfortable with no air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. The apartment has, however, two French balconies with opening doors for fresh air. When closed, they cut off all outside noise.There is or was some construction in the building apparently since our hallway carpet outside our apartment to the elevator was covered with some white protective fabric. Not a good look, but we heard no construction noise in the hallway, so we have to believe the hallway protective floor covering, although unsightly, is just temporary. We would return to this apartment.

Appartement très bien situé pour un séjour à Biarritz
Nous avons loué l'appartement Coral pour passer quelques jours à Biarritz cet hiver.
L'appartement est très agréable, très bien situé dans une résidence de standing parfaitement entretenue. La vue sur la mer, le rocher de la vierge, le grand palais, est incroyable et vraiment un atout de cet appartement. Les photos sont conformes, et l'appartement est bien équipé. La situation à 2min à pied de la grand plage, et à quelques minutes du centre-ville sont également un avantage. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
