Designed as a family home for the well-being of its guests, this superb, spacious, and light-filled cottage is located in the quiet countryside, 25 km from Nantes and 30 km from Clisson and Pornic. It respects the authenticity of the building and promotes sustainable environmental practices.
Charming, 1700 m² enclosed, 100% natural landscaped garden with an unheated salt-water pool (4x6m) and a koi pond.
Single-story: separate fitted kitchen, large living/dining room accessible by two steps, 4 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed with en-suite bathroom, 2: 160x200 bed with en-suite shower room, 3: 140x190 bed, 4: 90x190 bed) and 3 separate toilets. The 2 bathrooms are also accessible from the hallway. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo, tumble dryer, library.
All-inclusive: electricity, geothermal heating, bed linens and towels.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €161.64 per stay
