This unit at street level has its own private entrance.
The door opens to a living space w/ open kitchen (gas stove, microwave and everything -or almost-you need to cook a nice meal).
The living space has a real leather sofa, a fold-out twin size mattress for bedding of an extra person at request. There's also a small desk with an Apple Mac 24-in computer/super large screen where you can work, study, search online or even watch a movie etc...Please note: NO TV!!!
Wireless internet is super fast (my husband needs it for his job)
The kitchen has an island with counter-top stools for your meals. NO DINING TABLE (though i can provide you with a small one from the yard)
The adjacent BR has a comfortable queen-size bed, a leather armchair for reading or working. Closets and dresser. Shower in bathroom.
Note: street parking ONLY, difficult at late afternoon on weekdays. No paid garage nearby. More details and tips, please ask.
Plenty of bus lines, Uber or Lyft, within minutes. restaurants and retail stores within 2 blocks (5 to 10 min walk). Glen Park BART station is 18 min walk. Freeways 280 and 101 are within minutes drive.

Nice Small apartment in great location

Very nice one bedroom one bath first floor apartment with a shared patio and washer/dryer. Clean and cute. Great location, well within walking distance of city markets, tons of ethnic restaurants, Safeway and Walgreens. Good value for San Francisco, close to bus lines. Walkable and safe feeling area. The host was communicative and helpful! Thanks for a nice stay!

Semi-retired now and with husband working from home, we rent our in-law for either your "staycations" or for temporary housing.

Why they chose this property

This is an newly remodeled unit equipped with everything you need to enjoy a long-term stay. While this working class neighborhood is not located at the center, it's safe, quiet and is a bus/Uber-Lyft ride from all the activities an urban life can afford. We raised our 2 teenage daughters here.
Freeways and Public Transportation are within a few blocks, John Mc Laren Park is at walking distance for your enjoyment with nature.

What makes this property unique

Within minutes you can reach the freeways to the peninsula and Silicone Valley.
If you don't want to bother with a car downtown, Uber and Lyft are at your fingertips and affordable. Buses are around the corner. Restaurants and store abound.
