Wonderful studio. Clean, easy parking, quiet neighborhood. Tons of amenities like washer/dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. A fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Great location near West Portal ( cafes, restaurants, etc). Alice is an attentive hostess. I strongly recommend this place.

The property was a great lower level apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, with plenty of parking on the street. We had a car so we were minutes away from many restaurants and attractions. This property was top notch. It was clean and well-furnished and had all supplies we needed for a comfortable visit. Short and sweet SF stay

We had a welcoming stay in a lovely San Fran neighborhood near schools. Took a short visit to take campus tours for our teen daughter. We felt very safe in the area. The apartment was just right with everything needed. A detailed binder with maps, restaurants, WiFi connectivity, etc. was a bonus. The beds were a bit hard and small for husband otherwise a comfy space overall. Our stay was a chilly summer weekend typical to the City this time of year. The fireplace and heated features helped us cozy up to a movie before an early morning departure. Much better than a hotel stay! Thank you
