4 **** FH Aljoscha in a prime location - right at the marina! WiFi, SKY Strandk. Incl.!

Quiet, yet centrally located holiday home; located directly at the marina. The 4-star terraced house was built in 2011. The first rental took place in 2012. The beach is only approx. 350 m away. A beach chair is available free of charge during the beach season.

The house has a spacious layout. Floor heating in the bathrooms; extensive game collection for young and old; fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, waffle iron, spices, baking molds, fridge with freezer compartment, etc .;

The house has both a landline connection and WiFi. You can make free calls within the German fixed network. In addition, you have the full range of SKY (incl. Football Bundesliga, Champions League etc.) are available.

On arrival, the beds are made and the towels are ready. You do not incur any additional costs.

Spa center with indoor pool and sauna, quaint cafes and tea rooms, 2 bakeries and the coastal smokehouse in the immediate vicinity; Bicycle tours and walks are a treat for body and soul, both on the dike and on the Harle promenade to Carolinensiel.

Die Lage des Objekts ist hervorragend und die Terasse und das gesamte Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, die Fahrräder vor Ort zu haben, so brauchten wir unsere nicht mitnehmen! Auch die Kommunikation zu unseren Gastgebern hat hervorragend funktioniert! Tolles Reiheneckhaus

Die Unterkunft und unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur prima. Alles so wie man es sich wünscht. Der Kleine Garten mit Strandkorb, sowie die Terrasse luden zum verweilen bei schönem Wetter ein.Die Lage am Yachthafen ist ideal, man ist schnell am Wasser, auf dem Deich und im historischen Hafen von Carolinensiel. Für unsere Kids waren außerdem viele tolle Spielplätze in der Nähe. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Ein echtes Highlight

Wir waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Nicht nur die Lage am Hafen und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist toll, auch das Haus selbst. Alles wirkt neu, geräumig und vor allem: sinnvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt Ablage-, Regal- und Schrankplatz, die Küche ist vollständig und für alle Eventualitäten eingerichtet, die technischen Geräte sind das Beste vom Besten... Für uns hat das Ferienhaus zu einem rundherum gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Aljoscha. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind hochwertig, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Lediglich die Reinigung vor unserer Ankunft erfolgte durch die Reinigungsfirma sehr oberflächlich, worüber der Vermieter aber informiert wurde, sodass hier sicher Abhilfe geschaffen wird. Super schöner Familienurlaub

Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wetter war durchwachsen, aber durch die kurzen Wege zum Wasser oder zum Schwimmbad, konnte man schöne Dinge machen. Der Raddampfer war auch ein Erlebnis. Das Haus lies auch keine Wünsche offen, es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, und alles vorhanden was man braucht, einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus ganz in der Nähe des Hafens und Strandes

Das schöne Haus hatte alles, was wir als Familie mit vier Kindern benötigten. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, eine DVD-Sammlung und noch vieles mehr. Drei Schlafzimmer für jeweils zwei Personen und zwei Badezimmer, etc. Die Nähe zu Strand und Hafen mit zwei Bäckereien und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft ist sehr praktisch und erlaubt auch kurze Abstecher zum Strand (zwischen zwei Regenschauern).

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, es fehlte an gar nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, sie ist gemütlich und bietet soviel Platz. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub an der Nordsee. 😊
