2bedroom - Lake Geneva is only 30 min. Dog friendly. Covered front porch adorned with hanging flowers. Extra large yard with privacy fence. Fire pit, grills/gas & charcoal. Finished basement. New TVs in all rooms.

One block - Metra line to Chicago. Crystal Lake Metra has more stops. Best Chinese for 100 mi. great Mexican, bars, vinyl record store, yoga, bike trails :)

10 blocks - Downtown Green Street
New Live entertainment, outdoor eating, burgers, breakfast, Thai

The space
Granite counter tops in Kitchen. Stainless Steel appliances. 5 burner gas stove.
Round table in basement for games, etc. Pull out extra single bed in finished basement. Fireplace is electric.

Lake Geneva is only 30 minutes away. Great golf, skiing and tubing,. Many lakes and the Fox River for boating and fishing.

Guests are welcome to my collection of spices, baking items, condiments in the refrigerator and anything else you would find in a normal kitchen for cooking. If you you use lots of something, I just ask that you replace it.

Coffee maker has a built in grinder.

Security cameras are located at the front entrance and backyard. Devices are active. Video only.

perfect for what we needed

We appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. It was also quiet and peaceful back there. House is very clean.

Nice, clean, comfortable with fenced yard

Wonderful, clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Christine was very responsive and pleasant. Very clean home, very comfortable bed. Fenced yard was a great plus.

Great little house

This was a perfect home base for our visit to northeastern Illinois. Great location - very close to restaurants and grocery stores, and also to 31 and 120 so it was easy to navigate. The backyard provided lots of space for our dog to run around. Inside was very clean, check in and out was a breeze, owner very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
