In the south of the island of Gran Canaria is the Bahia Feliz holiday complex, nestled in a wonderful bay with its own beach. (Happy Bay)
Here, built on a rock, is a residential residential complex built of thirteen exclusive, guarded houses built directly by the sea.

The house is situated on a private estate and is surrounded by a large garden and offers direct access to the sea, a unique living and well-being in a splendid setting with a dominant position Over the Atlantic.
The prestigious, spacious house has three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, guest WC, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and two very spacious, interlaced living rooms with panoramic windows. From here you can enjoy a unique, captivating view of the sea and the coast to the dunes of Maspalomas.
In addition, the property has a huge terrace with comfortable seating, an outdoor bar with Weber grill and dining area, a roof terrace, a whirlpool and a beautiful country-style laid out, secluded garden.
Within walking distance there are supermarkets, bars, shops, several car rentals, a pharmacy, tennis courts, paddle courts, a spares resort, gym, a beach bar and a surf school with canoe rental. Or simply enjoy the natural beauty of the nearby unique gorges by hiking or mountain biking.

Bahia Feliz is located in the south-east of the Canary Island of Gran Canaria directly by the sea. This urbanization belongs communal seen to the region of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. With its natural beach, Bahia Feliz offers the tourists a balanced program of peace and relaxation on the one hand, but also on the other diverse kinds of sports activities and leisure activities.

Our party included guests with mobility issues so the layout of the property on one level with several bathrooms was really helpful. Bahia felix is a lovely area with plenty of cafes and bars so no need to travel too far. The views from the villa were lovely and we were blessed with great weather. We will definitely consider this property next time we visit the island

Beautiful place and kind host

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean villa with everything you need. We had a minor incidence with a locked door that could open, but Miguel was there to solve the problem within half an hour. He even gave us a lift to the airport. High class customer service! We can truly recommend this place.

Maison très confortable avec vue sur la mer

Maison spacieuse avec un petit jardin avec une belle vue sur la mer. Endroit calme. Accès à la mer en deux minutes à pied. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. L'environnement est agréable et l'accès à l'autoroute est rapide pour rayonner sur l'ile.

Schöne, unbeschwerte Woche

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und angenehm. Danke dafür. Etwas gestört hat manchmal der Lärm der nahegelegenen Cartbahn und des Sportflugplatzes, aber spätestens am Abend war es ruhig.

Entspannung und Ruhe - Es fehlt an absolut nichts! // Tranquility - Everything one needs!

Zu sechst (zwei Paare sowie zwei weitere Freunde) waren wir eine Woche zu Gast. Die Raumaufteilung und Anzahl der Schlafräume sowie Badezimmer waren optimal für uns. Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Küche sind durch einen Flur mit Tür komplett vom "Flügel" mit den Schlafräumen abgetrennt. Es wacht also niemand auf, wenn in der Küche schon Frühstück gemacht wird. Abgerundet werden die Innenräume durch moderne Ausstattung. Vor allem die teils automatisch geregelte Beleuchtung ist sehr angenehm aufgefallen. Der Ausblick, vor allem von der Dachterrasse, ist einfach phänomenal! Ansonsten lädt der Außenbereich zum Verweilen und Grillen ein. Eine kleine Außenbar, leider ohne Kühlschrank, dafür mit Waschmaschine, rundet das Ganze ab. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super einfach und sehr schnell! Wir kommen gerne wieder. --------- We stayed here for a week as a group of six (two couples, two friends). The 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house was perfect for us. The master had an on-suite bath, the other two bedrooms had to share. The indoor living space and kitchen are seperated from the bedroom "wing". So nobody is disturbed by early risers in the morning. Modern furnishings and the automatic lightning control top off an amazing vacation home on the inside. The ocean views on the outside are absolutely stunning! The outdoor living space has a wet bar and is perfect for hanging out or having a BBQ. Communication with the landlord was easy and he always responded very quickly. We are looking forward to coming back!

Wunderbare Lage

Wir verbrachten mit unseren Kindern zwei Wochen im Herbst in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage der Villa ist wunderbar, hoch oben über den Felsen kann man in absoluter Privatsphäre den Ausblick auf den Ozean geniessen. Der Garten ist gut gepflegt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sauber, der Vermieter antwortete stets rasch auf unsere Fragen. Auch war er sofort bereit nach einer Woche eine Zwischenreinigung der Villa zu organisieren, auch wenn dies nicht so hinterlegt war. Der Strand war über eine Treppe in 2 min erreichbar und die Snakbar war super. In der Beschreibung der Villa ist ein gemeinschafts Pool erwähnt, inkl. Fotos, dieser ist jedoch der Pool des Hotels nebenan....dies ist in der Beschreibung nicht klar ersichtlich!!! Auch hört man die Animation des Hotels neben an sehr gut. Die Villa liegt für Ausflüge sehr gut und wir genossen unsere Ferien.

Merveilleux Noël au soleil

Un séjour dans une île enchanteresse aux mille paysages....et avec 24°....à Noël....à 3 heures de la France....LE BONHEUR ....et que dire de l'accueil dans cette villa confortable, baigné de lumière, à la terrasse dominante avec vue sur l'océan....si le paradis existe, il ressemble à cet endroit.... Tout était parfait, les photos ne sont qu'un faible reflet de la réalité. Les canariens sont très sympathiques, n'hésitez pas à vous perdre un peu, loin des centres touristiques, vous rencontrerez les autres réalités de cette île attachante. Encore merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons Sylvie, Gaby, Fernande et les enfants (Les Toulousains)

Merveilleux Noël au soleil

Un Noël fabuleux, dans cette île attachante, aux paysages sans cesse renouvelés....avec 24°....à 3 heures de la France....Le BONHEUR.... Que dire de cette villa confortable, baignée de lumière, aux terrasses surplombant l'océan avec pour seul bruit, le clapotis de l'Atlantique qui vous berce jour et nuit....Si le paradis existe, nous l'avons trouvé là.... Les photos ne sont qu'un pâle reflet de la réalité. N'hésitez pas à vous perdre loin des masses de touristes, à l'intérieur des terres ou dans la capitale, vous découvrirez les autres facettes des Canaries et des canariens. Traumurlaub

Super tolle Unterkunft direkt über dem Meer mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Unsere Kinder haben wir gar nicht mehr gesehen, die waren nur noch in der Anlage und am Strand unterwegs. darum werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder hinfliegen. Ein Tip von unserem Vermieter war Super für die ganze Familie. eine Tageswanrung durch einen zu einem traumhaften Wasserfall.

Super Strandhaus

Wir (Familie/3 Personen) haben Ende Februar 2014 10 Tage bei fantastischem Wetter im Strandhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und doch in erreichbarer Nähe von Restaurants und Supermarkt, der Ausblick fantastisch und der Garten von außen uneinsehbar. Miguel, der supernette Vermieter, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt und für alle Fragen unkomplizierte Lösungen gefunden. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter und freuen uns schon auf einen weiteren Urlaub in Bahia Feliz.
