Beautiful condo directly on the beach. 30 day minimum. Some of the best ocean views in all of Naples. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves from every room- best sleep of your life! Condo just underwent a renovation and has been newly decorated with brand new, light and airy coastal touches. Wake up and enjoy your coffee, or take in the stunning sunsets over cocktails from your own private lanai. Sunbathe in the large pool or layout and socialize on the brand new loungers. The development just underwent a complete renovation with high end modern finishes including a luxury community room and gym. Covered parking included! Walk to the quaint and luxurious shops and restaurants of Venetian Village. The Moorings/Venetian Village location can’t be beat. You are 10 minutes to Old Naples and Naples Pier Beach and less than 15 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato. Monthly rental required and no pets allowed (no exceptions per HOA.)

Excellent month. Nice unit. Nice property (Naples Continental Club). Interaction with owner was top notch. Only small critique is common laundry facilities. Wish individual units had their own laundry machines.

Absolute Paradise!

My husband and I rented in this oceanfront property once before and absolutely loved it, which is why we decided to rent there again. This visit we chose unit 310 and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Shad (the owner) was just terrific, very easy to communicate with and took great care to make sure that we had everything we needed while staying there. The condo was beautifully decorated with a comfortable Pottery Barn vibe. Everything was fresh and bright and immaculate. The amenities, security and cleanliness of the condo building, the attentive staff and convenient location to restaurants and shopping are also unparalleled. You are literally an elevator ride down and maybe 60 steps outside the door until your toes are in the sand. The pool area is meticulous, well landscaped, with plenty of grills, chairs and tables for everyone, as well as shade with a view under the tiki hut. Speaking of views, the ocean and sunset views are absolutely stunning and worthy of a toast every single night, whether poolside, on the beach or from the balcony of this straight out ocean facing condo. No obstacles in your point of view whatsoever! We would highly recommend unit 310! You are in for a glorious vacation! Thanks for everything Shad!
