A Vacation of construction noise

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three units above, next and below us had to install carpet. The hotel did not give prior notice. We had to stay out of the room during the construction hours to accommodate them. Hotel also refused to move the construction date and did not reduce rate but only refunded few days of amenity fees. Very poor management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved all the extras such as necklaces when we checked in and juice and our favorite was the Daves ice cream coupons!

Great Location, exceptional staff, great views!

My husband had a month- long business trip, and this was the place to stay for us! It had a kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware, which allowed us to make our own meals…. although there were still many options to eat out close by. We especially loved Cinnamon’s for breakfast and happy hours. Gina is a fantastic bartender! We also enjoyed Pesca restaurant which is located on top of the Ilikai. It’s pricy, but has great sunset views and the food was exceptional! Hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Covid rules limited what housekeeping can do right now, but they were always quick to respond with towels or trash help whenever needed. We sure plan to stay at the Ilikai again.
