Cozy Lakefront Condo - 2 Queen Beds, 1 Bath w/ Main Channel View MM20 Osage

Our condo sleeps 4 - NO MORE. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo or on the lakeside balcony.
Self Check-In with electronic lockbox at the door. Heart of the Ozarks, 20.5 MM Osage Beach. Within minutes of lake night life! Redhead Yacht Club, Backwater Jacks, Dog days, Margaritaville, Wobbly Boots, Shorty Pants, Wicked Willies, Reserve 1932 and The Strip.
Our unique condo has 2 Queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, the living room, bedroom & balcony each have a TV and all linens are provided for indoor use only.
This is a top floor condo (no elevator) that has a vaulted ceiling which has allowed us to build a Queen sleeping loft. Sit on the deck and enjoy the amazing view of the water or relax by the pool on a hot summer day. Take the kids to Big Surf Waterpark just minutes away, play miniature golf, ride the go-carts or check out the malted monkey.
Onsite activities for the family include swimming in the lakeside pool, fishing off of the docks that are equipped with electricity and swim ladders.
Sorry, no pets, NO SMOKING allowed in condo or on deck. We DO NOT provide pool towels. Absolutely NO PARTIES!! And, we only supply a starter roll of toilet paper & paper towels.
Minimum 3 night rentals on holiday weekends.
If you have a boat, bring it! And if you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next-door to the complex.
Boat slips and trailer parking are available for an extra fee, depending on the size of slip you need and availability.
*** Unit does not offer washer & dryer. Complex does offer coin operated laundry facilities (you will need to bring quarters and soap). Hours are set by Heron Bay Association.

Our items are for your use; however, none of them should leave the condo. We do not supply pool towels and our linens are for indoor use only.

The place was very cute and clean. The kitchen was very stocked with supplies for cooking. The pool was nice and the dock and lake access was great. Be sure you’re in to rules before booking though, as there are a lot to follow.

Shannon (owner) was super responsive to any questions that we had regarding the condo, and was helpful on a lot of tips on the go-to places during our stay. The condo is very cozy, view from the top floor couldn't be any better facing the lake, and the location was great as well! Seamless trip and will definitely book here again!

Bachelorette Party Weekend

Myself and three others stayed at this cozy condo for a fun getaway bachelorette party weekend. It was perfect! We will definitely be returning sometime this summer to experience the lake life in the summer! But even the lake life in the winter is a win for all!

The condo itself was so extremely cute and comfortable! My friends and I enjoyed the stay and we especially loved the shower and loft bed! The only thing that was annoying was the people around smoking marijuana, however that's not the hosts fault! Just something we didn't enjoy smelling.

Shannon's property was just like the pics. Very spacious for just the hubby and me. The kitchen had EVERYTHING one would need to cook/prep. Even brand new left over items from previous tenants. Only downfall was the coffee maker was a very slow drip (maybe I'm just used to my Keurig :). Overall stay was great! Didn't use pool as we brought our pontoon and was on the water every day. I would recommend her property.

Living the Lake Life

Wow! When we picked a place to go on vacation, we knew nothing about LOTO. This condo is in a great quiet area. The full time residents are so sweet, welcomed us there and gave us great recommendations on places to see. The condo was perfect, exactly like the listing, clean and everything we needed. We had a some issues with the lock code for the door, so have some patience with that. The location was about in the center (20 mins) in either direction of things to do. We loved walking along the path at night looking at the fish, turtles and ducks. The kids had a blast in the pool (heads up its not heated so a little cold at first) This was our first VRBO stay and 10 out of 10 will be coming back here to stay!

Heron Bay offers the combination of main-channel views and a no-wake cove, and that's hard to find! The pool is beautifully kept and maintained and so is the rest of the complex. And, the sunsets are amazing!
