Book your next getaway at this remodeled first-floor condo which sits near the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen with spacious countertops, new appliances, and stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six with additional seating for two at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the patio in the Bay air. The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper, chair, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The guest bedroom (BR1) is perfect for kids with one Queen bed and one Twin bed, a nightstand, chest, and closet. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, nightstands, TV, chest and closet. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower. Take a swim in the pool, sit in the hot tub, or cook dinner on the shared grill which is just steps away. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Very good location. Pool is big, clean, and water was perfectly warm. Nice grills that we used one of the days. We rented a golf cart for the beach. Beach access is a 5 min cart ride. Overall was a good stay. We would definitely rent here again.

Family Get Away

The location was awesome! We were a short drive to the beach. The local grocery store was less than a mile away. Everything is the condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans so home cooking was very easy.

Cute condo in a quiet complex.

This condo was located 2 minutes from the ferry and pretty much everything else in Port A. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The beds are comfortable. My only small complaint was the bbq pit was very small and the grate was bent badly which made it hard to cook on.

This is a nice place to stay. It is convenient to everything. Property well kept. We were very comfortable for our stay and it had most everything needed for our stay. (dishes, utensils, pot pans, etc.) We were able to cook several meals here, so we could enjoy most of the time at the beach, site seeing, and a little shopping. Aside from a few non-working or broken items in the room, it was a great stay. I would reccomend and I would stay again!

Fun Get Away

This condo fit our needs perfectly. Enjoyed our stay, except for the upstairs neighbors that started playing their thumping music at 8:30 am one morning and the loud truck that was parked idling outside our window. No fault of the owners, but just something to consider when renting a downstairs unit.

Paradise! I love the location and property management. It’s a hidden gem! The apartment is fully stocked so we could make food and the pool and hot tub were perfect. The hot tub looked a little too sandy and the property cleaned it immediately. This is my second visit to this property and I will be back
