Nestled on a sprawling 10-acre private lot, this enchanting retreat offers the perfect escape for families seeking unforgettable moments together. Nestled in a charming country setting, you'll relish the tranquility and privacy while being conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from downtown Rochester. Our property is ideal for small family events, providing a delightful setting for 2-3 couples and their kiddos to create cherished memories. Please note that the pool is open from Mid May to Mid September, making summer getaways a delight.

For our winter renters, rest assured that we take care of the snow removal on the driveway to ensure easy access. However, we recommend an SUV to navigate any winter weather conditions.

Your safety is essential to us, which is why we have a RING camera to monitor external driveway activity only, ensuring your privacy while maintaining security.

My family and I (8 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whitney was very helpful and communicative. My granddaughters (ages 9 and 11) loved checking for eggs every morning and riding bikes around the track. And the pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 14 loved our week at Whitney's property. Large bedrooms, clean huge kitchen with everything you would ever need, plenty of bathrooms, two large living rooms, and an enormous pool. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and ate most meals at the two tables outside. The place was very clean and well appointed. The kids loved all the toys in the basement and the large trampoline. It was a wonderful family week for all ages. . The hosts are very responsive. We all recommend this property!

Amazing family vacation!

The house and yard were perfect for a large family gathering! Comfortably slept 9 adults with everyone having the perfect amount of family time, but privacy too. The kitchen had three ovens and six burners and every accessory needed to cook for a large family. The outside was perfect with the walking loop, pool and hot tub. Never needed to leave the property, except for groceries, wine and ice cream!

Despite the weather being chilly and rainy, the kids had a riot with so much to do at this property. That says a LOT! Beautiful home and grounds. And the fresh eggs daily from the chickens were so great! The host is a peach and is very responsive.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the country house. Whitney was wonderful, as always with her communication and having the house ready and clean for us upon arrival. We utilized the home for a family reunion and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how lovely the home was. Kids and adults loved the pool, hot tub, frog pond and zip line! Will definitely be staying again.

Great week at the Country House!

Our family of 14 enjoyed the expansive property and amenities offered. The listing was accurate and the space/privacy was appreciated! The kids loved the zip line, frog pond, and craft room. There were plenty of quiet cozy spots for us to break up and do our own thing.

The large home had several bedrooms and gathering areas indoors and outdoors for our family gathering. The property owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in the Rochester area. An outstanding property!

Wonderful Property for a Family Vacation

Property has many amenities with a large in-ground pool, frog pond, fire pit and chickens highlighting what the kids (ages 8-17) enjoyed the most. We had an extended family reunion while visiting Rochester from Florida and all events were in Fairport and thus an easy drive from the property. The owners were attentive and most accommodating. We are scheduled to come back next July to one of owners newer properties which is 3 miles away.

The property is very large and exceptional. There were nine adults in my group. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked, large and easily accommodates multiple cooks. We ended up eating in more than planned. The outdoor deck and eating area is large and has a wonderful view of the property. The pool was large and very comfortable.

This luxury retreat was everything we hoped for. Plenty of space for family bonding, and equally good for having ‘me-time’. Huge kitchen and butler’s pantry made my ‘unofficial-chef’ daughter very happy, especially the wolf oven.The pool and hot-tub were fantastic—clean, large, beautifully landscaped with lush shrubbery, trees and flowers, nice diving board and bonus basketball hoops. Downhill from the pool was the private track surrounding a firepit area and lily-pond, which always gave me Monet’s garden moments. Morning and night, someone was always down there walking, riding a bike or trying to catch a frog in the lily pond.We enjoyed so so much—indoor, outdoor, riding, and pool toys and games for both younger and older kids—basketball court, trampoline, and ninja line. A couple days the winds were just right for kite flying on the expansive front yard hill. Also on-site, the well-cared for chickens provided daily entertainment and yummy fresh eggs. Proximity to the Erie Canal, Niagara Falls NY, Lake Ontario, Seneca Falls zoo, Strong Museum of Play and flagship Wegman’s were all hits for our group of 5 kids ages nearly 2 to 13, parents, two grands and one Uncle. About our hosts, everything wonderful you’ve read is true. A couple minor issues and one AC issue developed, but they were responded to and fixed immediately. Finally, this is the first place that all of the adults were satisfied and would visit again!

Family Get-together

The Ultimate Family Retreat was perfect for our family. 10 adults and 7 grandkids age 4 to 6mos! Kids loved the pool, play area and firepit. Kitchen was wonderful and we all fit just fine! The Baniewicz family were awesome hosts!!

What makes this property unique

This home is large and great for hosting and family get togethers. Its nice enough to feel like you are on vacation and staying at a nice resort but not so fancy you can't get comfy! The Chickens are fun. The home is truly in the country and in a very private setting but a 5 minute drive to all the basic retail stores and with in an hour of so many amazing attractions. 20 minutes to downtown Rochester, 35 minutes to Finger Lakes, 20 minutes to Lake Ontario. So much to do in the area and we are happy to share our ideas with you.
