Bedrooms are accessed by stairs in upper and lower story. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi with Gigabit Internet, 3 car parking, and easy access to ski resorts and freeways. Located across the street from a golf course and a 5-minute walk to the Jordan River Parkway Trail! Home is equipped with washing and drying machine, grill, amazon firestick tv's, game console, private yard space with bonfire pit and outdoor seating, and many great amenities!

This home does NOT allow in any way or form any type of parties.

House is equipped with a Ring doorbell, Ring camera in the backyard, and driveway camera. We respect guest privacy so cameras will be disabled upon guest arrival date. The security system is used for safety purposes during home vacancy. Thank you for understanding!

Great time in Salt Lake City

This was a perfect place to stay as we explored SLC. It is located close to the airport and the local attractions. The house is so cute, with lots of amenities which made our visit both comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable after long days of sightseeing.

We were in Salt Lake City to visit our adult son. There were 4 adults staying at the property. Every room was spotless, tastefully decorated and very welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for us to spread out with a very private back yard that had a clear view of the mountains. We watched the sunrise behind the mountains each morning and set in the evening, glowing red. The location is perfect, the hospitality of the host was amazing. Everything is carefully and thoughtfully stocked. We will absolutely be staying again the next time we visit!

We were in SLC to visit our son at the U. Such a well done reno of the house! Beds were great, couches were excellent, extra snacks provided were over the top! Loved seeing the squirrel in the back yard! Will definitely try to stay here again!
