Conveniently situated in a residential area between Aruba's pristine beaches (6 mins) and the charming town of Oranjestad (4 mins), Villa Tuturutu offers best of both worlds. Our fully air conditioned, modern villa with private pool offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Our 2 large bedrooms offer a king-size bed, while our medium sized bedroom has 2 single beds (can be joined together). The bedrooms and living room are equipped with flat screen TVs which offer a variety of entertainment choices (HD cable TV, apps for Netflix/Hulu/Prime, and XBOX gaming). There is high-speed wifi, both indoors and outdoors. Preparing your meals in our spacious, European-contemporary kitchen is a true delight. It is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a built-in coffee maker, wine cooler, an air fryer and other useful tools. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use as well. Furthermore, the backyard provides a variety of options to unwind - cool down in our private pool (measures 23' x 11', plus a 16' x 7' cabana extension), with 2 comfortable Ledge Loungers. Enjoy the outdoor shower or lounge with your family and friends in the outdoor gazebo. And for your piece of mind, the villa is equipped with a security system and a surveillance system which monitors outdoor areas.

Amazing stay!!

The villa was exactly like we expected, pics were accurate. The pool was fabulous, beautiful outdoor space. We ate our meals outside, never used the dining room. Raoul, the property owner was wonderful, very quick to respond to our questions. The property manager, Laurence, was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the restaurants and excursions. Overall we all had a fantastic time!

Winter Getaway

The house was very clean and the perfect location on the island, close to everything . Laurence the house manager was great to work with. We had a couple issues and he responded immediately and all issues resolved. The outside pool area was perfect for hanging out at the pool. Thank you we will definitely be back.

Christmas in paradise

The property manager, Laurence, was amazing. So attentive and sent wonderful informative messages during the week. The house is in the best location to get anywhere on the island.

Aruba fun!

As a family with three teens (17,16,14) this house was perfect. Very spacious, clean, modern, excellent location and the outdoor space is wonderful. We ate breakfast at the house (and many coffees) then adventured in our jeep everyday exploring Aruba, then usually returned for dinner and night swims. A few things to note - there are no covered cups (Yeti) for the beach or pool area for cocktails. There were also no spices or condiments. The provided beach chairs are loungers so very awkward to bring to the beach. But that didn’t stop us. Make sure you rent a jeep and explore the off-road sites, caves, and natural pool (swim shoes would be helpful) and shop at Super Foods. Eagle Beach was our favorite and easy to find parking at the public lot. Thanks to Laurence for facilitating a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Property in Aruba!

Raoul's place was wonderful from start to finish! We were promptly greeted by Carter at the airport and escorted to the property in order to check in. The home was very well appointed with every amenity we could ever need, and the private pool was INCREDIBLE! It was a very comfortable place to relax after a fun day filled with sightseeing and activities. We definitely recommend booking Raoul's place if you're traveling to Aruba! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great time at 18 Ponton

This is as great place in the middle of a suburb, only 15-20 minutes from almost anywhere you want to go. The yard is walled and has a gated driveway entrance for safety. 3 large bedrooms, each with to beds joined as as King. Well furnished kitchen with all you need for cooking. Fancy built in Coffee maker took a while to learn (ignore messages to clean). Pool is salt water, without the need for chlorine or bromine maintenance. The two shaded sitting areas match the photos. It was nice to have pool towels in addition to shower towels, and folding chairs you can take to the beach. A special note has to be made for Laurence, the manager for the owner. He met us at the airport to lead us to the home and give us as guided tour. He is very friendly and willing to suggest some of the better areas to visit, places to shop, good restaurants, beach areas to avoid due to high surf, roads that are good for 4 wheels, and ones to avoid with 2 wheel drive cars. He even gave us guided driving back to the airport, with notice that we should be 3 hours early, as the process to leave actually took us 2 3/4 hours of standing in 4 different lines. At the time of our visit, they used European bathroom custom, meaning no face washcloths, or hand towels, and no tissues in bathrooms.

Superb stay

We stayed at this property for 7 days for our spring break. Two families with two kids stayed comfortably in the house. The pool was a great hit for all of us! Property manager and owner were always very responsive to my messages. The house is located close enough to the beach and the city. I would highly recommend it! Definitely going back in the future!

Ponton House

Lovely house with a nice lay out. Perfect for 6 people. Very private with walls and a gate. Room to park one car inside the walls. Centrally located to everything on the island. Quiet neighborhood except for a rooster that lets you know when it's time to get up in the morning. We were two couples so there was plenty of space. We absolutely loved our stay.

Overall a nice vacation spot

Our son and his wife stayed with us at the property and overall we had a positive experience here. The property is very centrally located and we rented a car so it was easy to get anywhere on the island from the house. The Property Manager Laurence was extremely nice and met us at the car rental company to then lead us to the property and explain everything to us. The showers are excellent and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen area is nice and there is plenty of room to gather in multiple spots indoors and outdoors.

Highly recommend

I instantly fell in love with the modern style property. The home was clean, private, spacious, and gorgeous. The outdoor areas with private swimming pool was breathtaking and serene. The very kind property manager was helpful navigating the home and the area. The owner checked in on us via Vrbo a few times to ensure everyone enjoying themselves. In addition to the beauty and comfort, I felt safe staying here. I plan to return and would only stay at this property.

Great location and nice home!

We have stayed at Raoul’s house before and again we love how very central it is to everything. It is right off the new “highway” so it was fast and easy to get to baby beach (our favourite beach) or to downtown or to Palm Beach area. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby (we always rent a vehicle when visiting). The house is spacious and equipped with everything needed. Great backyard and awesome pool! We didn’t have any problems so we didn’t need to get a hold of the property manager but Raoul checked in with us to make sure all was good! :)

Great for families

This was a wonderful property for our summer family vacation. We had 3 teens and a younger child and there was plenty of space. The pool was amazing to come home to after a long day at the beach. We did have issues with the refrigerator not cooling, but we made do with the freezer and wine fridge. This definitely needs to be fixed, though. Laurence was very hospitable and helpful. The in-person greeting and house tour is a nice touch and makes the stay go smoothly. Overall a great, affordable stay in Aruba!

Awesome as Usual!!

After renting this great place for several years in a row, it is truly like coming home. Well situated (and most of all safe), you can get everywhere on the island easily. Every time we come, we discover something new and somewhere different to experience, but always have this home to come back to that has just about everything you will need. We've come at different times during the years, and this time, the mango tree was dropping multiple mangoes daily, so we were making mango salsa and fruity drinks with its bounty! Raoul and Laurence are just the best. Thank you once again, Raoul and Laurence, for making a wonderful stay and not wanting us to ever leave!

The Perfect Villa for a Week of R&R

My husband and I stayed at Raoul's Ponton property for 8 nights mid-June and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are two adults in our late 30's and business owners, so vacations for us are all about total relaxation and privacy, instead of a planned out scheduled, tons of activities or excursions. This was the absolute perfect spot for what we were looking for out of an Aruban vacation. The house is well-equipped with anything and everything you would need from kitchen utensils and cookware to pool and lounging. The house is located on a quiet street and close to everything While we did not leave the house much, the few times we did we felt as though everything was a short 6-8 minute drive (beaches, markets, grocery stores, restaurants, etc etc). Laurence the property manager was always available via What'sApp and was quick to respond. We look forward to a future stay!
