Appartement très atypique, très bien situé. Si vous n'avez pas peur des escaliers, il est parfait. Bien adapté pour les séjours entre amis ou en famille avec des ados. Nous y avons passé un super séjour !

Beaucoup de lits mais en bas forte odeur de renfermé et d'humilité. Obligé de déboucher la douche car l'évacuation était tres encrassé, pratiquement rien pour cuisiner (pas de planche, tres peu d'ustensiles, couteau qui ne coupe pas... pas de protège matelas sur tous les matelas, tache sur taie d'oreiller, sièges cuisines tres encrassée etc.... je ne recommande pas du tous

Great location but odd

The apartment is centrally located with walking access to shops, the cathedral, and the waterfront. The living space at the top is very nice and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is a bit odd. To get to the top floor you have to climb two staircases, one of which is accessed through a hallway that doesn't have a light switch. There's a motion detector but it doesn't always turn on. Overall it's a perfectly decent place to stay for a night or two and very affordable.

Logement sur plusieurs étages avec de nombreux couchages comme dans l’annonce. Conforme à ce qui était décrit et hôte très réactive aux messages et bonnes explications.

Ménage laissant a désirer. La literie pas très confortable. Pour 8 personnes mais pas possible de manger tous ensemble a table. Bruyant la nuit. Mis a part tout ça relation agreable avec l'hôte

Bien mais....

Logement idéalement situé en lien centre ville. Logement trop atypique pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge, avec une chambre très isolée. Manque de sérieux dans la vérification du ménage : congélateur sale, poubelle de salle de bain non vidé, bac de douche bouché ... Soucis signalé par la messagerie d'abritel mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponses de la part du propriétaire. Malgré quelques détails negatifs nous avons passé un bon séjour à Auxerre.

Séjour sur la ville d'Auxerre bien sympa et agréable, logement pratique pour les déplacements car situé en ville. Déçue de ne pas pouvoir obtenir une facture pour cette réservation malgré ma demande, la prochaine fois je choisirai un hôtel.
