A beautiful two bedroom house with two pools; a private small infinity pool and a common large infinity pool shared amongst two houses. Situated in a calm and peaceful jungle surrounded by monkeys, iguanas and birds. Located ten minutes away from Tamarindo Beach, where you can find many restaurants, tours, surfing and shops. Casa Alùata provides a private parking in a secure fenced setting. Furthermore, we offer a washer/dryer, fast WiFi, a smart TV, and each room is equipped with A/C.

Family fun

We had a great 9 day stay villa. It was located close to all the excursions that we wanted to do. The near by beach town was fun and had great places to eat. We used the big pool 3-4 times and the host setup a volleyball net in it for the teens. One place I wanted to mention is the Stop Cafe. It is 1 mile away and has a great bakery and coffee. I want thanks the owners for making it a fun getaway.

Magnifique Maison dans la Nature avec superbe piscine!

Nous venons de passer 35 jours dans la communauté rurale de Santa Rosa a environ quinze minutes de la ville touristique de Tamarindo. Notre villa était située sur le même terrain que celui des propriétaires . La maison , accompagnée d'une superbe piscine était spacieuse, confortable et moderne. Rien ne manquait... Nos hôtes , Nathalie et Nicolas tout en étant très discrets, étaient toujours très disponibles pour répondre a tout nos besoins et questions. Des hôtes hors pairs. Juan , le jardinier qui s'occupait de la propriété était d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable. C'est sans hésitation que nous recommandons cet oasis qui comprend une flore et faune enchantante a quiconque veut un peu plus de tranquillité tout en étant près des centres d'activités , multiples plages , tours guidés, surfing et des services essentiels( Épicerie, etc ) .. Nous espérons y retourner un jour. Pura Vida!

Great Time

We had a great time at Casa Mono de Oro. The house is clean and modern and well stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment we made the original booking to when we left for the airport. The daily visits from Hami (the caretakers friendly cat) and Dusty (the owners lovely dog) made us feel at home and welcome.

Pura Vida!

My husband and I stayed here for the last few days for our honeymoon and it will be something we will never forget! From the initial contact, the hosts at Casa Mono de oro were amazing. Nathalie answered all of our questions and was quick to respond. Nathalie and her family went above and beyond to help us coordinate required covid tests for flying and transportation to the city and airport. We have never had such hospitable hosts! The place itself is incredible. It is tucked away from the busy city but is a close enough drive to Tamarindo to enjoy the ocean and shops. The rental was clean and well equipped and Nathalie and Nicolas made us feel welcomed and celebrated. We loved having our own private infinity pool and the community pool was beautiful. There was another couple staying in the studio but we never had anyone else at the community pool while we were there. We felt like we were at our own private resort! We would 100% recommend staying here and hope to be back again!
