Medano Beach is 250 feet away, less than a 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants "The Office" , "Ediths", "Tres Sirenas", "Bar Esquina", "Gardenas" and so many more. The Marina, and the associated Luxury shopping mall, and downtown are all less than a 5 minute walk also. No need for a rental car. Excellent spot and owner

The owner was fantastic, provided excellent guidance and suggestions on activities and restaurants. The location is fantastic and only a 150 steps to the beach. The residence was very clean and organized, the furniture and fixtures were very nice as well as the overall décor. The bedrooms as well as the living area were very large and well laid out. A big caution is the management company is not very straightforward. I highly suggest that you do not purchase groceries or anything from them. Other other than that we had a great day.

Fun trip! Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was seamless. Was able to have all the groceries delivered before we got there. Tons on things to see and do within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and made out trip very relaxing!

Great Location

We had an awesome stay. Owner was very helpful with booking and all questions. We would recommend staying at the condo. We rented as a two bedroom. Everything that you need for a perfect stay was in the unit.
