Relaxing comfortable 3 bedroom
Furnished two story house available for short-term rental. Quick walk to many parks, grocery stores, and outdoor dining. Perfect for a family. All three bedrooms are upstairs: master king with en-suite full bath and jetted tub; large bedroom with twin bed; small bedroom with twin loft over a desk. Full bath at top of stairs. Large washer/dryer upstairs.
Downstairs has an electric recliner and big, comfy L-shaped sofa facing a new 85 inch TV. Full bath downstairs. Kitchen table seats four, kitchen counter seats five. Full kitchen fridge/oven/microwave/dishwasher/toaster oven. Pantry. No formal dining room but lots of open space. Smallish fenced yard with outdoor dining area.
Priced at weekly rate of $1800. Daily rate of $280, 3-night minimum. Discounts offered for longer stays! $200 cleaning fee; house is professionally cleaned between families.
