Calme, face mer, proche plage

Bel appartement proche de la mer dans une résidence calme et récente. Points forts: L'emplacement, vue mer "Face à Ajaccio", la surface, la disposition des pièces, l'aménagement et le parking. Une climatisation dans le salon et les deux chambres La conciergerie réactive et efficace. Points négatifs : Il manque un lave vaisselle, difficile de s'en passer quand on est 4 sur un long séjour. Un chantier à l'arrêt autour de l'immeuble, la route d'accès à la résidence en terre est pleine d'ornières.

Appartement neuf et bien équipé

L’appartement est neuf et fonctionnel, décoré avec goût. La conciergerie qui s’en occupe à une communication agréable et est arrangeante. Encore des travaux aux abords et devant la résidence.
