Enjoy Las Olas Luxury at this corner lot, waterfront luxury stay in the prestiged Rio Vista neighborhood. Minutes to all Las Olas Boulevard has to offer, this is the perfect vacation destination for your family. Only 10 minutes from the FLL airport, you'll pull into a quiet serene neighborhood with a house carefully curated from the first driveway brick to the lamp post on the backyard dock.

Kitchen:

The massive open kitchen boasts extravagant Viking appliances throughout, with a SubZero climate controlled wine cellar fridge, two drop-in stainless steel sinks, and an extended island and counter space adding up to 10 more seats for the ultimate dining experience. Additional appliances include a sous vide, food processor, Instant Pot, Kitchen Aid mixer, high-quality Riedel wine glasses, and more!

Living Area:

Seating is in abundance with two sofa sleeper couches and a chaise surrounding the massive flat screen television. Set the mood in the evenings with coved LED ambient lighting throughout the entire living area. Step to the side to enjoy billiards, or take a seat at the dining area that can double as a workspace. Sliding glass doors are throughout the entire living area leading to the picture perfect pool oasis.

Primary Bedroom/Bath:

Sleep peacefully in the king size plush bed, also enjoy ambient cove lighting, or open the drapes to a third sliding glass door leading to the outside built in grilling area. This bedroom has a walk in closet that houses a pack and play, and additional linens. The primary ensuite bathroom is a sight to see with a double vanity sinks, an oversized rainfall glass shower and impeccable hardware finishes. Want to soak? The massive garden style tub is sure to be a hit, on top of total privacy with a water closet (enclosed toilet area).

Additional Bedrooms:

Everyone gets their own full bathroom with two additional bedrooms in the front of the home! Large walk in closets and flat screen TVs make it the perfect area to wind down after enjoying all this beautiful home has to offer.

Laundry/Guest Bath:

The guest bath is perfect for visitors or quick relief with a waterfall faucet into a crystal bowl sink, an angled adjustable mirror, and clear globe light fixtures with Edison bulbs. If laundry is needed, we provide a full sized washer and dryer, with additional beach/pool towels in the cabinets above it, with a sink and small wash area!

Patio/Pool/Grille:

Step onto the covered patio area with a side bar, ceiling fans, and a smart TV lounge, adjacent to the jetted jacuzzi that waterfalls into the sparkling pool. Lush landscaping surround the pool deck, leading to the canal dock with two sun loungers. The built in grilling station offers luxury Alfresco grilling appliances throughout with a gas line grill, fridge, sink, and LED ambient lighting under the bar behind it with a 10 seat stone dining set. The backyard area is perfect for a seasonal renter with a boat, families with children or multiple couples. (There is a fixed bridge near this home, so we do not recommend bringing a boat with more than 7 feet of height.)

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 y/o to be able to book the property.

While there is a garage at this stay, we prefer to keep it closed. Please ask if you'd prefer to park in the garage during your stay.

Amazing stay!

I booked this VRBO for my sisters bachelorette weekend. I have to say, the house exceeded our expectations! Very open, beautiful inside, great outdoor setup with pool and hot tub, and good location to airport, bars, restaurants, and beaches. At fist, it was a bit difficult to communicate with the property managers, but once I got a hold of them they were very accommodating and nice. Overall, the girls and I were very impressed with the house, and would absolutely recommend this place!

Million $ Property with Potential

The property itself is amazing, and is as it appears in the photos. It has great potential! Initial communication week prior to trip was great! Unfortunately, I had to demand keypad code at the time of checkin, which should have been provided without requesting it. Cleanliness: would have been 4-5 stars but the old living room furniture had stains that were disturbing so we bought cheap throws to cover all 3 sofas. This furniture did not match the quality of the home. Kitchen is decked out w/ Viking appliances, a chef’s kitchen; but the sink disposals did not work even after resetting. The host was informed but did not send anyone to repair it (was 1 day before our last day). To my dismay the master bed was clad in microfiber sheets; not what I expect when paying thousands of dollars for a 4 night rental. So we bought our own. There is an infestation of very, very, tiny ants crawling all over on the nightstand in the bedrooms (none IN the beds - thank goodness!). The recess lights in the house are great y to touch & add ambiance. The set over the living room, however, we’re stuck on flashing-psychedelic-changing-colors, so we just left them turned off. Temperature in the house: We noticed during the day the home seemed to not cool below 78 degrees (a humid 78!); it dawned on me that the temperature is controlled remotely. It was not until I demanded that the house be allowed to cool down, as we were planning to be in the house and have a chef over, that the temperature began to cool; and this was in June, in Florida! The pool & deck areas are lovely; however the nice hanging lights in the tree - we never got to work. The remote for the pool & jacuzzi work well and They are chlorinated- yay! Be aware that this property is along a river - so watch for wildlife; the iguanas were fun to watch. This property has great potential and can easily be a 4-5 star if these issue are remedied: begging for keypad code, old stained furniture, in sink disposals in disrepair, outside tree lights & inside living room ceiling bay lights not working, microfiber sheets, house not allowed to cool until demand made, any infestation, lagging communication of the host. The host refunded us the Service fee $362; should have been a refund much more than that. Communication was slow at times during our stay - I feel they had our money and we were taken for granted.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a couple nights and it’s a beautiful property. Even nicer than the pictures. Check in and out was very easy and they were very responsive to questions we had! Highly recommend

Beautiful home - great space

Beautiful home located in fantastic neighborhood. There was construction going on so noise level a bit high. House offers awesome amenities- we were just unable to take advantage of them all. There were no instructions on how to use sound system, tv, spa, or turn on outside lights wrapped around the tree. We were excited to take a family photo at night with the tree and lights - and it was a fail. Pool guy showed up Friday morning with out warning. Linens and towels a bit tired and in general need to be freshened up. Pool table sticks missing tips - just the attention to details in general were a miss. Overall House was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time in Fort Lauderdale.
