This luxurious property is the perfect getaway for large groups and families. Just minutes away you can enjoy a day at the beach or relax under the sun in our complimentary kayaks. Optional jet-skis with third-party company. Love boating or fishing? Take advantage of our direct water access, a large dock and plenty of parking for your boat. Plus, you’ll be conveniently located close to local highways, airports, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops and beaches. After a day in the sun, fire up the grill and soak up the last of the sun's rays by the pool with outdoor dining. Make memories that last a lifetime at our home-away-from-home. Optional jacuzzi and pool heating available for an additional fee. Optional Jet-ski and boat rentals available as well (please inquire about our third-party providers). Base rate covers the first 6 guests, afterwards there's an additional nightly rate per extra guests.

Why they chose this property
The house is very spacious with over 2,771 square feet of space, an open layout of the dining and living rooms for entertaining your guests and a big kitchen and game room overlooking the waterway and pool with amazing views all around and plenty of seating spaces for comfort for the whole team. On the east of the property you have three bedrooms with two full baths. Plenty of beds for each guest to sleep comfortably. On the west side of the property you have another bedroom with two queen beds and big bathroom with a walk in closet. As you step to the pool area, you have access to the fourth full bathroom with easy access for when you are enjoying the outdoors. With two central AC's and comfortable bedding and linen, all your guests will sleep comfortably and sound.

Ask about our jet-ski rentals and use them for the duration of your stay. Bring your own boat and park it on your own private dock. Walk to the gorgeous beaches just a few minutes away. Explore Las Olas beach and its tons of restaurants, bars and coffee shops plus a whole lot of shopping. Take the water taxi just a few feet away and disembark at The Galleria for fashion and dining.
