This is the second time we've stayed at this house and it is such a great set up for families with several bedrooms, a great pool and close proximity to the beach. A great choice and not far from a grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. The pool and proximity to the beach were great, and the rooms worked well for the group our size. The hosts were responsive as well and let us have an early check in.

7 adults 3 kids plenty of room for everyone. Location was great! Quiet neighborhood short walk to beach. Publix a few blocks away was very convenient. Loved the hot tub and pool. Will definitely be considering staying here again.

This was such a wonderful property to host a girls weekend. There was plenty of space and bathrooms and the host was very quick to reapond if we needed something additional. The home is located in a great central location to the beach and restaurants & nightlife. I highly recommend this property and would happily return in the future.

The house was big, mostly everything is upstairs including the kitchen the upstairs’ masters or primary had issues with the air. They provided fans and said they would come back to fix it but never did and then told me that the unit was working fine. So I spent at least 2 nights hot there but the pool was nice and they did let me check in early. The place is dated in some areas but overall it was fine for what we needed. The beach is private and not in the busy end so if you want entertainment you are a short drive or long walk away from it. The room and beds didn’t really work for our guests since we didn’t have any kids but we did enjoy the 5 bathrooms.

Our host made sure that our stay was excellent and helped answer any questions we had. The house was well-stocked with beach stuff and served our family well. The house is conveniently located just a few steps down the street from a private entrance to the beach. The beach was quiet and family friendly. Would definitely return for our next vacation.

Great house with lots of bathrooms. My only complaint is the Hot tub was never hot. Just spend your time on the beach, could not ask for a better location to watch the sunrise!!!

Our host was incredible, great communication and incredibly accommodating. Ron, the property manager, is the best in the business. We really appreciated him! The pool and hot tub are incredible, and perfect no matter the weather due to the great heating controls. The house is literally steps to the beach in a quiet area. Our stay was perfect.

This was a wonderful stay with our two small children and mother. The property is well layed out and perfectly located right next to beach in a residential area. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again in the future.
