The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used/wet towels and washcloths –place on each bathroom shower/tub floor. Remove all trash including bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom from the house and take it to trash bin located on the side patio.
Leave the A/C thermostats at 76 degrees. Turn off all the lights. Please place your keys back in the lockbox before leaving. Dishes: Please load all used dishes and turn on the dishwasher.
Food Items: At your discretion feel free to leave any food item you consider safely reusable; our professional cleaning crew will inspect any food item for freshness.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I vacation in South Florida often, this place was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed. Can’t beat a place right on the intercostal. The host was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The house was absolutely stunning in every way, I will definitely be back! The location was perfect, walk to beach/grocery stores ect.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The hosts were very responsive, and we would definitely book again. Lots of tasteful living space and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and offers brand new appliances. Cannot beat the beautiful view! There are a few construction projects going on in the neighborhood, but it was never an issue and will only increase the beauty of this neighborhood. Short walk to Publix, Walgreen's, and some good restaurants!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 6! The location was perfect - it was so relaxing to be right on the water and watch the boats go by all day. The house is spacious and clean and the bedrooms are great. So nice to have a bathroom attached to each one! Would definitely recommend.

This house is exceptional! Beautifully decorated and furnished, extremely clean, and feels like home!! Each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom and kitchen is big with everything you need ! House is perfect!! Location is also amazing since it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but 10-20 mins drive ( or 30 40 mins walk) from many fun areas such as state park, Fort Lauderdale beach , Fort Lauderdale by the sea and a 15 mins uber ride drive to Las Olas ! Also, Short walk (5 mins) to the beach from the house. The highlight of the house is the backyard on the canal with a beautiful pool ! We spent lots of mornings and afternoon relaxing and swimming in the pool. The owners were extremely responsive to every question we had ! We will be back !!! Highly recommended!!!
