Newly Upgraded 7000 sq ft. Stunning Beach House – 1 minute walk to the beach.

Spectacular 7000 square foot luxury estate only 1 minute walk to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach accomodating 16 guests (12 adults maximum) offered by Paradise Vacation Homes. This gorgeous home is perfect for a family reunion or beach getaway. It has 6 large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and walk in closet. This lovely beach house was built in 2007, and has been completely remodeled spring 2021, with 3 new 82” TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and family room, including Sonos sound system. It has new furniture, marble and tile flooring, pool table, and décor throughout the house.

The entrance has 20 ft. ceilings and a winding marble staircase. The Master Suite is enormous, with a large 4-poster bed, and the most luxurious accommodations. It has 2 full bathrooms in the suite… with jacuzzi tub, vanity, two toilets, and two large showers. The master also has a huge sitting area with new furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, which is ideal for families who wish to have their young children stay near them. The Master has a fridge, microwave and Miele cappuccino maker to help make your night cap or morning coffee more enjoyable. From the Master, there is a balcony overlooking the large heated pool and patio, with a stairway up to the roof top terrace with seating for the spectacular panoramic ocean view.

Each guest room is as inviting as the Master, with flat screen TVs, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, and high-end linens and towels to make it a perfect stay. The house has a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, all accessible by an elevator in the home. The three bedrooms on the main floor have a king bed with French doors opening to the pool in one bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a large third bedroom consisting of two double beds, two twin beds, and a set of twin bunk beds with a trundle…the perfect kid-friendly room that can sleep a group of kids. In the upstairs bedrooms, there is one queen bedroom, the master bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper sofa, and the final bedroom with a king bed and French doors opening to a private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. This enormous 7000 sq. ft. house offered by Paradise Vacation Homes has 12 beds plus a sleeper sofa.

The spacious chef’s kitchen is ideal for large groups…a dining table that seats 12, 9 bar stools at the counters, and high-end appliances (Sub Zero and Wolf). With the open floor plan, the kitchen is connected to the family room with an 82” TV, and a beautiful view of the pool and patio. There is a butler pantry containing a beverage fridge and wine cooler, and a bar area with a beverage fridge and additional ice making freezer overlooking the pool. This luxurious home has two outdoor gas grills on the patio for making grilling fast and easy. This stately residence is equally tailored for gracious entertaining and everyday living.

The large swimming pool and patio offers a hot tub, small waterfall, and has many floating rafts for your enjoyment in the pool and at the beach. The house comes with many beach chairs and umbrellas, beach buggies to carry items to and from, boogie boards, large cooler on wheels, 2-person kayak and paddles, pool table, crib, high chairs, printer, along with adult and children’s bicycles to explore Ft. Lauderdale.

This beautiful home is located close to everything…especially the BEACH. Besides being a one minute walk to the sandy beaches, it is only ½ mile walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. In fact, six of the top 20 attractions in Fort Lauderdale are within five minutes of the house. There are boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, surf lessons, Las Olas shopping and restaurants, Lauderdale by the Sea, Segway rentals, 180-acre Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, Galleria Mall, Ft. Lauderdale Water Taxi, Target, and Publix grocery store all less than five minutes away. No need to rent a car as Uber and Lyft respond quickly.

We had a large group and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! As others have mentioned, the house is lovely! The property is very well kept and well appointed, the location is wonderful and close to everything. The adjacent park is a huge bonus, as is direct and easy access to the beach. One thing of note, because this is a very secluded and quiet neighborhood, respect for those homes close by are of great importance to the owners, so they strive to maintain a very quiet atmosphere after quiet hours (around 9 pm). We had young children, so we weren't necessarily hoping to spend large amounts of time after dark out by the pool, listening to music, swimming into the later evening, etc... But it is worth mentioning that if your group is one who might prefer to enjoy the pool area later than 9 pm, this home might not be the best fit. Lastly, the upper deck is a perfect place to enjoy some quiet breezes and a gorgeous sunset. Hope this helps, and Happy Trails, everyone!!!

The house had a ton of space, the pool and hot tub worked great for our large family. Plus the beach was a short walk away for the kids to play in the sand/ocean. We had a lot of fun using the pool table as well.

It was incredible. We enjoyed the pool and also the beach, which is only one block from the house. There were plenty of toys to play in the pool for the little ones and beach chairs and beach umbrella. The house is just like you can see in the photos. Beds are super confortable. The kitchen was fully supplied. Wayne helped us promptly every time we needed and was very kind. As part of the family were catching a flight from Miami late at night we asked to stay a little longer and it was no problem at all. We definitely come back as soon as we can.

Beautiful Mansion - Perfect for our Beach/Pool Weekend

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. The positive attributes included: 2 amazing entertaining spaces, beautifully furnished bedrooms each with it’s own private bathroom, a master suite - an gorgeous apartment of it’s own, elevator access for guests who need it, the amazing side by side sub zero fridge/freezer, and a beautiful pool and outdoor space. The home itself was an absolutely fantastic entertaining space for a larger group. While much of our group stayed by the pool, the close proximity to the beach allowed those who wanted to go there without the use of a car. Wayne, the host, was super accommodating, met us on arrival to show us around. However, we didn’t need him much because we had no issues in our 4 day stay. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

A First-Class Experience

We had a great time at this house and everything it offered. It is a huge house with large bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, 2 comfortable living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and a beautiful heated pool and hot tub in the backyard. The best part of all was that it's only a 2-minute walk to the beach, which was so nice. The kitchen had 2 dishwashers, and a large Sub Zero fridge which was perfect for our big group. It had everything we needed for our meals for 14, and it was great eating by the pool for lunch and dinner. Check in was easy and we were greeted by Wayne, the property manager, who was very helpful and available if we had any questions. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We were well supplied with plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, along with some fun beach games. The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac street with many restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes. This was truly a first-class experience. Thank you.

Disappointing

We rented this home and when we arrived, The swimming pool area was dirty as well as the pool there was dead landscaping on all the sidewalks. The pool water was low we had to put water in the pool. We contacted the owner with the few issues he immediately responded the pool person was there the next day. We also had a toilet that kept running contact with the owner he sent out his manager, manager said he fixed it after the toilet was flushed again and continue to do the same thing. Another bedroom the bathroom sink if you try to wash your hands the sink stopped up and wouldn’t work we dealt with that the entire time. The alarm system in the house was going off all the time our first night there and the alarm went off at 2 AM scaring us all have to death. We were told by the manager someone will be there Monday to take care of it no one showed up. Our last night there the fire alarm started alarming for no reason which was probably low battery that woke everybody up during the night. Patio furniture was covered in black stuff had holes in it was deteriorating. The cappuccino machine doesn’t work, they were dirty Band-Aids stuck to the walls of the bar. My daughters bed had what looked like blood on it and supposedly had been cleaned. It was just really disappointing and not worth what we paid for it. The only good thing was the beach was so close. When you pay that kind of money you do not expect to find carpet in the master bedroom with bleach stains. In the kitchen there was food splattered up on the ceiling. We found several pieces of dishware dirty in the cabinets lipstick on clean glasses that was in the cabinet. Several doors don’t shut correctly. I hope they fix this place and do what needs to be done I have learned a very valuable lesson!

This is an excellent house for a family group. The interior is spacious and well designed, with plenty of different  locations to hang out together or to spend some alone time.  We had 11 people ( 6 adults and five kids) and the house never felt remotely crowded. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, which is a nice touch contributing to privacy. The dining room table is huge, allowing our full extended family to sit down together, which was very important to us. The kitchen is well stocked.Attention has been paid to details important to a relaxing extended stay. There are two washing machines, two dryers and two dishwashers, and the refrigerator and freezer are quite large.  The pool is also a good size, and there are comfortable outside sitting areas. The beach is only half a block away and was never crowded during our February week-long stay. In short, a great place to relax and enjoy time together.

Me and my family had a great experience. I've been to some of the most prestigious homes, this by far the best experience, all the fun, restaurants, night clubs, are nearby. The beach was fun even though it rain everyday of my stay.😔 however the home was a home away from home. Management was hands-on, very precise... the house had everything that you needed. Another Perfect Stay

We stayed at this property in September and returned for a short trip in January. The check in process was so easy and the house was spotless! There are several grocery stores nearby so we stocked the frig and did a lot of cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. There are 2 dishwashers but the best part was the Sub Zero frig and freezer....the amount of food they can hold is ideal for the size of the house! The heated pool was nice this time of year especially after we spent hours on the beach with the provided beach chairs and towels. The house is so spacious, yet homey. We so enjoyed our family time playing cards and watching movies at night! We hope to be back again...the location to the beach can't be beat (you can even see the ocean from the upper deck...and the sunsets) and the comfort of the home is first-class. It has everything you would want for a memorable and relaxing vacation!

This was a perfect house for our family gathering. It had plenty of space and beds for all 15 of us, and the house was extremely clean. We enjoyed dinners in the large kitchen, the beautiful pool and hot tub, and especially the location…Just a few steps from the beach and so close to many great restaurants, shopping, and activities. The booking process was easy with great communication, and the property manager was very helpful with local suggestions. We enjoyed the bikes, kayak, and beach games, and we will definitely book this house again. It was more than perfect!

Birthday vacation weekend

Our flight was delayed due to weather. Wayne, the property manager was so good to work with. We were due to get there around 5ish and didn't arrive till after 9:30pm. Knowing we were running late, I rec'd a text offering to go get groceries for us or anything else we needed. I thought that was a very nice offer. He took the time to walk us through the house and explain everything. The refrigerator and freezer are very big. We had 10 people in our group and there was plenty of room for drinks and food. There is a bar that has an icemaker. Every bedroom has a bathroom so it made getting ready easy for everyone. The pool and hot tub were nice. We didn't cook but the kitchen is fully furnished and there is a grill out by the pool. There is plenty of chairs, so sitting all together was never a problem. The pool table was nice and plenty of room around to watch our pool tournament. The beach is close and an easy walk to get to.. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance too. If I were to say one negative, it would be that there was a musty smell in the master bedroom after it would rain. This house comes fully furnished. We didn't take anything to the beach, but they do have beach toys, bikes and plenty of things for the pool too. Oh, and the elevator was a nice BONUS. No carrying luggage up and down the stairs. This house has a lot of options we didn't have time to use. There are tvs everywhere, an outside shower to rinse off, a washer and dryer, about anything you can think of, they have included it.

Highly recommend this house!

Our group of 16 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It’s location is perfect!!! It is only a 1 min walk to the beach, with beach buggies, rafts, towels, boogie boards, spike ball, snorkeling gear, and a large two person kayak with life jackets all provided. It’s a short walk to….catch the water taxi, Birch State Park, surf lessons, jet ski and parasailing rentals, and some of Ft Lauderdale’s best restaurants, both beach side and on the Intracoastal. They have multiple bikes to use and it’s a short bike ride to all the great shops and restaurants on Las Olas, Lauderdale By The Sea, and the Galleria Mall. Publix and Target are also very close, and many Ubers were available day and night. The house and pool are perfectly clean. The large heated pool is beautiful and hot tub is so relaxing. Patio has many lounge chairs for sunbathing, 2 gas grills, and a large dining table for outdoor meals. We had plenty of bed space for our group and excellent hot water in the showers. The large kitchen offered everything needed to cook for our group….plenty of dishes, huge fridge, double oven, 3 sinks, and an ice maker. I also loved the open floor plan and views of the pool. The large dining table was perfect and there were 10 extra bar stools if needed. The house has 3 80” TVs and an excellent Sonos sound system. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom and flatscreen tv. We also loved the rooftop for sunrise viewings, happy hours, and sunbathing. The property manager was very attentive, great communication during the booking process, and we had our deposit returned quickly. I can’t say enough about this house. It offered everything needed for our perfect vacation and we look forward to returning again.

Gorgeous Beach House

A group of us spent a long Labor Day weekend here and it was amazing! We all flew in for the weekend so we didn’t bring our normal beach gear, so the amount of beach supplies provided went above and beyond our expectations and made our trip! The kitchen was well stocked and very was spacious and it was open to the family room and the outdoor living space. There was a large fridge (and a bar with a mini frig as well). The house provided pool towels and beach toys like spike ball and kadima (and even a kayak and snorkel gear!). We used the beach chairs every day and they were easy to carry. We went bike riding on our last day and we were close enough to bike to Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea where there is shopping and restaurants. The house is only a few rows back from the ocean which we loved. We watched beautiful sunrises from the beach and a few times from the roof deck where you could see the ocean. The pool was great and we were happy there was a hot tub as well. When it rained one of the days, we were still able to sit outside under the covered patio in comfy chairs and play games. The sleeping arrangements worked out great because there were so many rooms and beds to choose from. It looked like there was new flooring in the bedrooms as well. There was a pool table and a lot of tv’s but we spent most of our time at the pool or beach so we didn’t spend much time indoors! So happy we made the decision to come down here…would definitely recommend and we hope to rent the same house again!

Best home EVER!!

Roof top sun deck to the beautiful pool and outside eating area, this home has it all. Spacious, comfortable, clean and attention to detail has you enjoying your time from the moment you arrive. Location to beach and local attractions is the best in Ft Lauderdale. This is a little slice of heaven on earth!

Fantastic Beach Vacation - beach mansion, perfect location, clean property

This is a spectacular beach house on a quiet street….So beautiful and enormous. Our group of 12 had plenty of space (beds for 19) and loved our short walks to the beach, beautiful pool, patio lounging, and happy hour on the roof top. It is only about 50 steps from a family friendly area of Ft Lauderdale beach. We also enjoyed the 3 82” TVs and the Sonos system. The house and pool were super clean and the property manager, Wayne, was a huge help making suggestions for restaurants, activities, and nightlife within 5 min away. The well stocked kitchen had lots of room for all of us, and it was nice having two grills to use on the patio. The bikes were fun to explore Ft. lauderdale and don’t miss riding on the Water Taxi. We did not rent a car and had no problems walking or taking a quick Uber ride to the many restaurants nearby. I look forward to returning as soon as possible. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Spectacular house and wonderful stay!

This house was amazing! It was over 7000 square feet, with 6 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There were beds for 19 people, and a pullout sofa. It was extremely clean, and the pool area and hot tub were spacious and sparkling clear/clean. I understand it has new owners 2 months ago and the pictures online haven't been updated yet. There is new flooring in the bedrooms, 3 enormous 82" TVs, lots of new furniture inside and out, and new decor throughout the house. The house had lots of pool toys, boogie boards and chairs for the beach, and 6 bikes to ride around FTL. It has a spectacular view of the ocean from the rooftop patio, and its only a 1 minute walk to the family friendly beach. Chefs kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a large group, and has high end appliances, which made preparing meals easy. The house is located near Las Olas, Lauderdale By The Sea, and The Galleria Mall, all with great shopping and many bars and restaurants. The area also offers rentals for kayaks, jet skis, parasailing, and surfing a short walk from the house. Bret and Wayne, the property managers were very helpful and quick to respond. I cant say enough about this house and its location, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

It was a great stay if it was not for COVID could it be an excellent stay some restrictions due to virus other then that the property it was little duty on the patio but inside was beautiful
