A beautiful two-story house, in the heart of Hollywood . Few blocks to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family take place. Walking distance to the Beach.
Five bedrooms; having a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a king sized bed in the second bedroom, a king sized bed in the third bedroom, two queens in the fourth bedroom, and two full beds in the fifth bedroom. Another enclosed room has full size bed. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, cable TV, washer & dryer for convenience. The backyard is nice and spacious with a pool, featuring sitting area and a grill.
A 15-minute drive from Port Everglades & Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and a 30-minute drive from Miami International Airport or Port of Miami, this makes a quick and easy drive home to this location. Hollywood boardwalk with nice beachfront restaurants is 3 minutes away, live music, and a newly constructed Margaritaville resort. Roughly twelve minutes drive from this home is a Gulfstream Park that has horse racing, a casino, bowling, dining, and shopping - perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Right in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Nothing beats this great located in the core of the scenic city of Hollywood.

Great looking home/ close to beach!

We enjoyed the property! When we first booked it months ago it stated that it sleeps 16 but in actuality it sleeps almost 10. The pool was a bit smaller than expected too! Other than that it was perfect for what we were looking for. The people who owned it did a great job.

This is a 5 bedroom + extra room room with full and twin bed. It sleeps even more then 16 people. It has 2 queen beds, 3 king beds, 3 full and 1 twin bed. The pool is also standard size.

Hollywood Heaven

The listing was accurate, from the photos to the amenities. The owner, Valeria was very responsive. The home was clean, and equipped with everything we needed from clean bedding, towels, and all the essentials. A tranquil neighborhood, and a stones throw away from Margaritaville. We were able to go check out live music, and dinner over the water and make it back to the property within less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area, look no more.

This was a clean, convenient property. We did not use the pool, due to inclement weather. The parking was in the back. It was tight with our large vehicle. Overall, it was a nice property and served our needs.

Great location, plenty of room fro the whole family

This house was a great place to hold a family reunion: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The little pool was nice for cooling off, and we did use the BBQ. There was room to park 2 cars in the back and one in front, as well as street parking at night. The house could use a bit of updating: needs beach towels, dish towels, oven mitt, working toaster (instead of 3 broken ones), sponge for dishes. All supplies were extremely limited, including: trash bags, soaps, shampoos, dish soap, and NO toilet paper. While the instructions did indicate that there would be only a few days' supply in the house, we found even less than that. Pool table had only one working cue. Little things, but all together the amenities just don't quite do justice to this beautiful, big (and not cheap) home.

Me and group of my 10 best girlfriends came to Hollywood Fl, to celebrate my 50th Birthday at this Beautiful home. It was so spacious and fit me and my group comfortably. The pool was unbelievable! We took advantage of it every day. (Rain or Shine). If your ever in Hollywood Florida, this is the place for you. Clean house in a great area

The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was the perfect size for our party of 10. The pool table provided us with good entertainment as well as the pool. The owners were very quick to respond and easy to work with when we had an issue with the fridge during our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental for large groups.

Great house! Great location

The house is as shown, and very spacious. It worked out perfectly for our family Holiday. Valerie and Evgeni were very responsive to any requests. The pots and pans were old and not usable, and we had planned to cook while there, so they bought new sets and brought them for us right away. The pool was great, we used the BBQ grill (we had to get propane), and we walked to beach on most days. it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach - a few blocks. My only negative is the 10:00 am check out, but I do understand if someone else is moving in that it takes time to launder all of the bed sheets, clean, etc., so just be prepared for an early departure. Thank you Valeria & Evgeni for everything! you made my birthday and the Christmas Holidays a very special occasion! Christine & Javier

Great location with awesome pool

We spent 4 night and the overall experience was great. I would rate this 5 stars if it wasn't for a couple of issues with a flickering light in one of the bedrooms and some leaking water in the kitchen, which the owner was very professional and responsive in addressing the issue. The light could not be fixed and we had to deal with that off and on. Overall i would say this was a 4.5 star experience.
