Float on cloud 7 - in our beautiful holiday home in Seepark Nordhorn, in the immediate vicinity of the Vechtesee.

HIGHLIGHTS:

- Sauna with shower and Jacuzzi and fireplace invite you to linger, as well as the furnished wooden terrace in the small garden. Directly in front of the house is a small, artificial Stretch,

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, das Haus funktional mit einigen Specials für kalte Zeiten (Kamin, Sauna, Whirlpool), die wir allerdings alle nicht genutzt haben.Luxus-Ferienhaus ist trotz dieser potentiellen Annehmlichkeiten etwas dick aufgetragen, denn die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, die Matratzen nicht unbedingt altersfreundlich.Das größte, weil unerwartete Manko geht aber auf die Verwaltung. Trotz gebuchtem Handtuchpaket gab es keine Duschmatte. Das ist uns bei unseren häufigen Aufenthalten in Ferienwohnungen auch im Ausland noch nie passiert.

Het is een mooi, klein en schoon opgezet park. Het huisje was echt een succes. Wij hebben er echt van genoten. Wij waren er een week, deze is omgevlogen. Mocht je bij een leuk en knus restaurantje willen eten dan raden wij Bistrohof Nordhorn aan. Ruime keus aan gerechten en de eigenaar spreekt goed engels.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Der Seepark ist sehr schön und dieses Ferienhaus super. Wir waren das dritte Mal dort, es ist immer schön. Nordhorn selber ist eine schöne Stadt. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten.

Abreise leider sehr stressig

Die Regelungen der Abreise haben uns leider den ganzen Aufenthalt verdorben - die Tatssche, dass man besenrein übergeben soll, dann noch um 10 Uhr morgens und dann noch mit ausgeräumter Spülmaschine , und das bei 120$ Reinigungsgebuehr hat einem wirklich am Sonntag morgen bei schönstem Wtter die Laune verdorben

Leider falsche Angaben zur Anzahl der Schlafzimmer

Wir hatten uns bewusst für dieses Haus entschieden, weil es lt. Beschreibung über 3 Schlafzimmer sowie einen zusätzlichen Raum mit einer Schlafcouch verfügen sollte. Leider waren es jedoch nur 2 Schlafzimmer plus Raum mit Couch. Die Hausdetails sollten daher geändert werden.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir waren Anfang September 2023 mit 4 Frauen in Nordhorn. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und liegt sehr ruhig in einem Ferienpark. Bei sehr heißem Wetter haben wir den Garten viel genutzt - danke für den großen Sonnenschirm!! Auch der Brötchenservice hat perfekt funktioniert, die Qualität der Brötchen war super. Die Umgebung bietet hohen Freizeitwert: Nordhorn ist sehr schön zum Bummeln, wir hatten Leihfahrräder vom Ferienpark für eine sehr schöne Tour und sind mit dem Tretboot um die Stadt gefahren. 5 perfekte Tage!!

Sehr schönes Haus in entspannter Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schöne ruhige Gegend und direkt am See. Schade nur das man an dem See nicht schwimmen darf. Aber ein Freibad/ Hallenbad ist Flussläufig zu erreichen.

Wunderschönes Wochenende

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ein wunderschönes Wochenende hier im Seepark verbracht. Es lohnt sich, hierher zu kommen. Vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein sonniges und warmes Muttertagswochenende. Man kann mit dem Rad vieles entdecken, Tretboot fahren und vieles mehr. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allen Extras

Wir haben mit der Familie ein Wochenende in Nordhorn verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann - vom Haartrockner bis zum Spülmaschinentab. Einziges Manko: es fehlen ein paar schattenspendende Bäume in der Umgebung; Haus und Garten sind der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt. Dafür entschädigt aber der direkte Blick auf den See. Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schickes und ansprechendes Ferienhaus

Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und modern gestaltet. Der große Wohnraum mit Flat-TV, Couch und 2 Sessel ist gemütlich und der Esstisch in der offenen Küche lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Schlafzimmer könnten etwas größer sein, aber es sind ausreichende Schränke vorhanden um alle Sachen unterzubringen. Kleiner Nachteil sind die fehlenden Rolläden, sodass die Fenster nur durch Vorhänge abgedunkelt werden können. Das Haus besitzt einen niedrig umzäunten Garten, der bis an den künstlich angelegten großen Teich reicht. Der Vechte See liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Haus, viel Platz, gute Lage, sauber, alles vorhanden

Haus war sehr sauber. Eine Flasche Weißwein und Wasser standen bereit. Alles funktionsfähig und alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Tag ein Anliegen und konnten den Gastgeber direkt telefonisch erreichen und uns wurde weitergeholfen. Super Lage mit Seeblick und fußläufig nah an der Stadt. Auch Netto und Trinkgut sind nah bei. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das war ein schönes Wochenende...

Das Einchecken in CoronaZeiten war problemlos und der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend mit guter Lage (direkt an einem kleinen See). Die Ausstattung war top - nebenbei: das Wetter hat auch gestimmt. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: ich konnte leider schlecht schlafen, weil a) das Bett geknarzt hat und b) uns die Mücken nachts gepiesakt haben. Vielleicht wären Mückenschutzgitter bei der Nähe zum Wasser eine gute Idee.

Schönes Haus

Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Haus. Für fünf Personen ist der Platz auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Leider hat man von den Häusern aus, keinen direkten Zugang zu dem See. Des Weiteren ist Baden im Baggersee nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage war super, in circa 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt (mit vielen Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten). War ein schöner Urlaub!
