This comfortable home is in a quiet HOA neighborhood just 1 mile from Glendale attractions of Westgate Entertainment area and State Farm Stadium.
Private heated pool(extra charge in winter months) and grass back yard offers serenity on sunny Arizona days.
Large outdoor patio with BBQ Grill.
There is a smart TV in both living rooms (one up, one downstairs) with surround sound downstairs. Additional Smart TVs in the Master, the 2nd king and the queen bedrooms. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 twins. Plus blow up mattress(2) in the linen closet. No TV is in the twin room but every bedroom has a large closet.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with bathtub and separate toilet room, there is a full bath upstairs and a powder half bath downstairs.
Kitchen is fully stocked including a waffle iron and 2 coffee makers, depending on your preference.
Walking path wraps through the area.
2 car garage plus parking in driveway for 2 more cars. No overnight parking street side. All cars must park off road by 1am.

Located so close to the fun of westgate entertainment district, shopping at Tanger Outlets and gambling at Desert Diamond Casino. So many choice activities within 2 miles. Plus, a pretty and charming neighborhood with a walking path for a nice stroll. And of course, the heated pool is a bonus!
