99 Palms is the perfect place to house an entire family or traveling groups meeting in the Phoenix area. Located 8 mins to Peoria Sports Complex, 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium, and 25 mins to Surprise Stadium. Located 5 miles from Arrowhead Mall and P83 where you can find movie theaters, fine dining and shopping.
Indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Everyone that walks out to the pool area have all said the same thing... Wow! Huge kitchen that opens right out to the covered patio, BBQ and ramadas. Pool deck is done in travertine. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain including island, a double oven and commercial size refrigerator and freezer. Huge walk in pantry fully stocked with cooking accessories.
99 Palms is one acre of peaceful bliss. 5 bdrms, 6 beds, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, chess table and many indoor board games. The temperature controlled garage is used to play games. We offer foosball, table tennis, air hockey, and a Pac man table with several arcade game choices. Outdoor sports like pickle ball and badminton can be set up anywhere on the property. Plus, there is a basketball hoop. If parking in the garage is preferred, the game tables can be moved over to make room for cars.
Enjoy Sonos music that has musical choices from Sirius XM Radio, Pandora and Sonos or sync your phone to the 99 palms Wi-Fi and enjoy your own music that has speakers located throughout the entertaining areas of the property. There are 7 smart TVs. One TV is on a portable TV stand so you can enjoy your movie entertainment anywhere on the property, including outdoors. The pool is perfect with a large baja shelf, and there are several pool toys, floaties, and life jackets.
Parking is not a problem. Lots of room to park in front of house or behind the barn.
Events for micro weddings, graduations, birthdays, retirement parties in barn or on the yard grass are allowed on a per person basis and must have pre approval, special pricing, and deposits.

Final Four Weekend

The property was beautiful and very comfortable! Close to State Farm Stadium and everything we wanted to do. Tina's communication was wonderful and made the whole trip so easy! You won't be disappointed with this home for a family gathering, wedding or just some rest and relaxation!

Beautiful mini venue

We love this place. We got married here and it was so beautiful. Our host was amazing, and very helpful with helping us get tables and chairs for our big day. She was very accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Ultimate family reunion

Our extended family of 12 were so comfortable. Plenty of room, all the amenities and so much fun. The game room was a big hit, the pool was heated so the kids could stay in for long periods of time. The kitchen had everything we needed.

One landscaped acre in the heart of town with room to park all your vehicles. Converted barn perfect for shaded events plus the covered patio and ramadas next to the pool with baja shelf all surrounded by travertine tile which is cooler on your fee in the direct sun.

Events are allowed on a per person basis and must have pre approval and special pricing.

Ashtrays provided for outdoor smoking. No indoor smoking allowed, will result in a $500 penalty.
