This property was perfect for a few nights in Phoenix. It was a perfect location to family, fantastic restaurants and close to downtown and Scottsdale. The communication was excellent and will book again if needed.

This is our third year in a row staying in this home. It is a great house in a good location for shopping, eating and activities. It is close to a freeway for easy access to everything in the Glendale, Peoria and Phoenix area. It is a large home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful quite neighborhood.

Wonderful stay at the property. Everything was just as advertised. We especially loved the pool! The beds were quite comfortable and we really loved having plenty of space e for our family.

The house is beautiful. It's very peaceful area. They do have an abundance of crickets that do get in the house. They're not loud but you see them on the floor.

Kim, the owner was extremely responsive. The checkin and check out process were easy. The home was immaculate. We were appreciative that this was a pet friendly home so we could bring our fur baby with us. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the Arizona sunshine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. There were sufficient pool and bath towels as well. Perfect for a family get away.

Kim was an awesome host! She was so nice and helpful with any questions I had! The home is beautiful and the pool is spectacular. Everything was sparkling clean. We live in Wichita, Kansas and went to Glendale for our granddaughter’s high school graduation. This was the best location…only 15 minutes from State Farm Arena.

Home was very clean and convenient to whatever we needed. Plenty of space for everyone and the yard is beautiful. One small downside is that the shower doesn’t stay hot very long. Loved our stay.

Relaxing getaway

Great stay and Great management

Owner of this home is very friendly and prompt in responding to any messages or concerns about the home. Myself, 6 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 dogs had a great time and plenty of space to spread out. We recommend this stay to anyone and have been very pleased!
