We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. All of the game room games were in good shape and fun to play. The pool was nice and the back yard was quiet and private. We were in town to visit family and would stay again in the future.

Fantastic communications and instructions. House in top shape. Pool and gaming extras were perfect after baseball games. Super close to Peoria ball fields. Everything was straight forward and clear, creating a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!

Since we’ve downsides we needed a place where my kids and grandkids could have a fun place to stay and this is it! All of the amenities (swimming pool, ping pong, pool table, foosball and shuffle board table) were used extensively. Everyone was comfortable sleeping, watching tv in the great room and eating at the dining table. The house is stocked with plenty of pool towels and kitchenware as well as being very clean. The hosts were very friendly and answered any questions promptly. We hope to return.

Family Staycation

We had our family in town for my daughters graduation and wanted a place that we could all stay and spend time together. This place was GREAT! Perfect location for our family, close to the graduation ceremony. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I will 100% book staycations here again.

It was a very clean home, the game tables were also fun. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We enjoyed the pool in the AZ heat. Would stay there again.

Nice place, good host

The heated pool was a real bonus as were the multiple games in the game room. Location was central for us golfers and close to plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but I understand the situation for such rentals too. Ken and Cindy are very responsive and personable folks. All that being said I would rent this unit again.

Best amenities and pool

The owners were so easy to work with. The house had everything we could use for a fun family vacation. We had a few grandkids and family members over to swim and they were very impressed . It was a terrific vacation.

Home away from home

Perfect gathering house for our family vacation that were coming from all different locations to visit our Mom in AZ! It had everything we needed and more, and the hosts were amazing. They are responsive, friendly and super easy to work with. It was everything we needed and more! Would stay again without question!

Peoria house rental

Pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the outdoor area; had breakfast there nearly every morning. Game room is very nice. Toilet in the master bathroom was a bit difficult for me, since I use a wheelchair. I can stand so I was able to use the toilet; however, someone confined to the chair, would not find it accessible. A portable ramp may help provide access to the house. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and would come back.

Wonderful!

Great house for families, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of inside things to do, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, AND a fantastic pool and kpatio with plenty of seating with shade. We enjoyed it immensely in hot - hot - hot July the pool was refreshing. Bonus: super host Ken Hazleton

Family Retreat

We visit Arizona regularly to visit with family. This, by far, has been our most exceptional stay. We travel with two young children under the age of three and were thrilled with all the amenities provided (booster seat, step stool, pack and play toys, pool toys), in particular the gated pool. The open concept of the home was fabulous and located in a safe area. We will absolutely be back!!

Amazing experience

Love our Vrbo!, Ken made everything so easy. It was our first time visiting Arizona with our family for my Daughter’s National Golf tournament. The house was very clean, my kids love the pool and the game room was amazing! The beds are all very comfortable, have everything you need. Will definitely be back!

Excellent stay

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. House was very clean and well appointed. Safe neighborhood. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool and all the fun stuff in the house. But if we go back we will definitely stay again and bring some grandkids. Kids would have a ball staying there. Fully recommend this property.

Relaxing and fun!!

Thank you Ken an Cindy!!! The home was perfect for our stay. Clean and spacious. Lots to do from swimming to ping pong and so much more. Best part was how accommodating Ken was. Always available and very kind. We would love to stay he here again next year.

Sunshine and hospitality

Our host was great. He was always quick to respond, and he was happy to help with the requests that we had. The home worked out great for 8 of us. We had 3 generations in the house. We enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described or better. The house was in a great location, where it was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, etc. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again.

Ken was fabulous to work with. Communication was always timely. The pool was the highlight of the property for us. We were visiting family in the area. Even though the temps weren't always as warm as we wanted, we spent every day in the warm water of the heated pool. The house is well stocked and the game room is nice for evening fun.

Amazing property

This property was amazing for our family. There were four adults and 2 teenage girls. We all spent a lot of time playing pool and shuffle board. We especially enjoyed the pool and being able to set the temperature to our liking. Ken was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with our needs. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would like return sometime.

Stellar backyard

This was definitely a 5-star rental. Convenient, easy-access location in the northwest metro and very quiet. Added bonus was that it was close to the New River walking/biking path. While interior finishes were average, it was comfortable. The highlight was the backyard space - wonderful heated pool (although we only needed the heat for one night's swim) and a giant pergola that provided plenty of shaded areas to hang out in. The communication with the host was also above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

Peoria Az Home

Ken & Cindy’s house was perfect. Just as advertised. We were in town for the Super Bowl. The location was great for getting around. We found the commute to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale very easy. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the many amenities that the home has to offer. My communication with Ken was very good from the 1st time I reached out to inquire about the listing up until we checked out. I would highly recommended staying in this lovely home.

Another great stay

This is the second time we booked this property. The location is great, close to grocery stores, Costco, and freeways. Being there in the summer, it’s great to have indoor activities at hand, our teenagers played nonstop pool in the main room. They also enjoyed sitting out by the pool and cooling off a little bit, even though it was 110 while we were there. They played cornhole outside, too. The garage is full of water toys, camping chairs, and a large cooler with wheels. The communication with Ken was great from start to finish, and I would definitely be staying here again when we travel to the area Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Beautiful Property

This is a lovely home in a beautiful residential community in Peoria AZ. It suited our needs perfectly. We were there to visit or son, his wife, and our 2 grandchildren . The pool made enduring the 110 degree heat bearable! We all enjoyed the table games in the front room and allowed us to have fun together out of the scalding heat!! The owners checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely return to this home in the future when we travel this way again. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this lovely home.

I just retired the end of January 2022. We have used VRBO a few times over the years and decided to buy a home in Peoria and try our hand at hosting. We live in Tacoma Washington where Cindy was born. We both wanted to spend more time in a sunnier climate. We have two boys and 5 awesome grandchildren, ages 2 to 10 (we want more!!).

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the backyard and pool as well as the layout of the house. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and so close to the Mariners spring training facility as well as a tremendous number of shops, stores and restaurants. We felt this would be a convenient location for our guests.
