John was a wonderful host. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was chilly, but we still enjoyed it! We enjoyed several rounds of golf at locations that John recommended and also had fun at some spring season baseball games. Great location!

Oasis in large desert city

Great location, great host. Very accommodating and on top of whatever you need. Located close enough to everything that even the airport is only 30 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood, private. House is clean, set up nicely. Will stay here again !!!

We enjoyed this lovely house and pool very much. The house had a great layout and the Master bedroom was extremely comfy. Air conditioning worked like a dream. The patio and pool area was great and had so much seating. Thank you John for a lovely stay.

Nice neighborhood. Comfortable home.

The home was perfect for our short stay in Peoria. Bed in master was very comfortable. Kitchen had essentials and thankfully had coffee! So we weren’t forced to go shopping right away. The location is central to all the areas we needed… stores, baseball complex , and restaurants.
