Its wonderful location is less than five minutes away from the nearest mall, multiple restaurants and movie theatres, as well as the Peoria Sports Complex, which is the spring training home to the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). This beautifully decorated home has 2 master suites, each with private bath. The linens are of fine quality and both beds have exceptionally comfortable pillow top mattresses. There is also a queen inflatable mattress available upon request. This home is complete with a 42'' HDTV flat panel television and a home theatre sound system. We have provided HBO and high speed internet for your laptop! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary appliances and dishware for complete meals. The dining table seats up to six. There is a two car garage, laundry area, courtyard and two patio areas. The community swimming pool is just a few houses away!
