Clean. Lots of packing tape was used around the house. All remotes were stuck to the wall with tape. All manuals for appliances, etc. were stuck to walls. Most artwork was in the form of paper posters stuck on walls with push pins. The master shower door had tape on it. The “spa” was unusable—deflated and full of algae. Details matter. Do better.

The location of this house is its most outstanding asset. Walk out the door and anyone of three directions and you can have your feet on a mountain in five minutes. If you come to Arizona to spend time outside, this is the place for you.The owner is always easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Four bedrooms makes it an ideal place to invite guests to share Arizona with you.

A lovely place with beautiful surroundings

A beautiful, quiet and relaxing place in the north west valley (of Phoenix) you will definitely enjoy with your family. Hot tub in a nice backyard added a new dimension to our stay. I would highly recommend such a lovely place for medium to long term stay so that you could explore beautiful surroundings.

We very much enjoyed this clean, comfortable and spacious home. The neighborhood is lovely with a very convenient walking path just across the street that leads to parks and a nearby coffee shop.
