Semi retired couple from the Midwest . We purchased this great retirement home . We're renting it part time to help with the expenses. We looked for over a year to find the best place in Vegas , Florida , other parts of Phoenix . This is the best . Greenest , quietest , , freindest people . Great affordable golf course .

Why they chose this property
Awesome sunrises and sunsets, more stars than you would think possible. Awesome golf view overlooking green number six on the trilogy golf course. This is a very active 55+ community with great pools workout centers bike trails and you can do as little or as much activity as you would like
