A clean, fully renovated one-story home designed for comfort and style. It features new appliances, a brand-new washer and dryer, new floor, new carpet, fresh paint, an updated kitchen and bathrooms, great natural light, and spacious rooms perfect for families or groups. The private backyard offers a refreshing pool — ideal for families, groups, and work travelers to unwind. Heated pool and spa options are available for an additional fee — please inquire for pricing details. Ambient pool use is always complimentary with your stay.

Note: Due to insurance and pool liability requirements, the booking guest and all individuals staying at the property must be 21 years of age or older. The booking guest must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. Guests under 21 & minors are permitted only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We loved the Modern Desert Stay. 4 real bedrooms and 2 real bathrooms. The pool was super cold which was very refreshing after a morning hike or afternoon baseball game. 7 minutes for real from Peoria sports complex. FYI We tried nearby ballpark pizza and loved it. Eunice is a pro host, great communication and accommodation. This is a real house, nicely outfitted for a large group.
