Each bedroom is complete with the finest linens and plush mattresses for your ultimate comfort. This home is newly remodeled and has new bathrooms and tile throughout. Equipped with free wifi and cable television in each room. The living room boasts a large 60” hdtv flat panel television and the master bedroom has a 50” flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for complete meals and new appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is an attached 2 car garage, washer/dryer, fenced private courtyard, and a private patio for relaxing and barbequeing. The community pool is just around the corner. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses and even has a 5 star golf course within 20 minutes. Great property, great location

We stayed here for almost a week when we were in town for my cousin’s wedding. The property was tucked away off the main roads, yet still centrally located with great access to shops and restaurants.

It was perfect

Thank you for this beautiful place. Perfect for our extended weekend place. Was in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed except for a hair dryer. lol. Luckily my daughter brought one. I would highly recommend this place!

The home was exactly as pictured. Like being at the beach, but in AZ. The home was very well equipped. Did not have a need to contact the owner during our stay.

Great place to stay!

This a really nice house. Spacious living room, dining and kitchen. Nice big primary bedroom with a nice attached bathroom. The kitchen has good pots and pans, plenty of dishes and even some nice bakeware. I had no problems cooking food to take to a BBQ!. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town visiting family. Thanks for a great stay.

Convenient Location

Home is located convenient to stores, food places and is in a quiet neighborhood. Always enjoyed coming “home” after a day out and about. Easy access to major highways. Thank you Kim for the welcoming feeling and home amenities you provide. Appreciate that you were prompt in answering any inquiries I had. It was a good stay at your “Beach” home!

Wonderfully decorated home..an oasis in the desert, comfy beds for great sleep, dog friendly so all family members shared the graduate’s excitement, excellent location to explore AZ…or just find a great place to catch a meal recommend Arrowhead Grill for celebratory meal, Mimi’s Cafe for brunch after church at Northwest Community, and Charlie’s at Westbrook village for casual dining. Thank you VRBO hosts for a memorable time.

First time in the West Valley

This was our first time staying in the West Valley and we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with how close restaurants, shopping and activities were. We especially loved the Rio Vista community center which we used extensively during our stay. The house is as the pictures show with the exception of a different area rug in the living room. All beds were comfortable and pillows are foam, lots of options ensured you could find one that suited your needs. The fenced and secure yard was a big plus for our little dog and we used the BBQ and outdoor space a lot while we were there. The pool is not heated but on the hot days it was certainly usable and our granddaughter enjoyed it when she was there for a visit. The neighborhood is walkable and being close to the New River Trail for running and biking was a plus. The house has lots of towels and hand soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags were provided which was very appreciated. Not mentioned in any reviews to date is the presence of the Luke Airforce Base. While the planes do not fly everyday, when they are active they can be quite loud. No screen on the patio doors and a gap at the bottom of the Arizona door are inconvenient when trying to bring fresh air into the home but keep out the critters. Our F150 truck did not fit into the garage but it was very useful for storing bikes etc. We enjoyed our two month stay in this home.

Pleasant house quiet neighborhood relaxing vacation

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this property, which is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from several of our favorite restaurants and grocery stores. This house has character, with a beach/maritime theme that unites the entire interior and makes one feel very at home. And a gourmet cook might feel the kitchen is lacking, it more than met our sometimes finicky needs. Finally, the proprietor was conscientious and quick to respond when a TV wouldn't failed to preform as it should, and was helpful in several other ways, too. We certainly hope to return to this property again for another relaxing getaway!

Nice Stay in Peoria

We rented this property for a our 5 night stay in Peoria, AZ. Check-in process went smoothly. The house was clean, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the patio. Took advantage of the grill as well! Location was great--near grocery shopping, malls, restaurants, but situated in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. We hiked Thunder Mountain, kayaked at Lake Pleasant and took in a Brewers spring training game--all within 30 minutes from the property. Would definitely recommend!
