Newly renovated, charming, colorful, kid friendly and with everything you need for creating memories on the beach! YOUR BEACH.... 52 steps to the sand on your feet and the beautiful ocean awaits! You will feel comfortable and at ease, ready to enjoy your stay. Roomy dining table and comfy sectional, along with two full bathrooms and two fun, cozy bedrooms both with ceiling fans to sleep well. Owner's one of a kind artwork throughout the condo to add that little something extra! Washer and Dryer. Patio area with seating and view of the pool and beach. Lots of guest parking. There is ongoing construction on the opposite side of the building through spring 2024.

This was our second stay at this property and everything was great. One minor maintenance issue was addressed very quickly. Communications with owners was easy.

Great location

Location was great - right at the beach. The pool facility was very nice with a heated pool & hot tub. The size of the condo is much better than a hotel. The kitchen worked perfectly, granite countertops. The washer-dryer was great to have. Bathrooms were updated and were modern. The owners were great - really nice folks, very attentive. There was construction going on which we were made aware of - could hear a little but we weren't there during the day when the contractors would work on the outside of the building. The decor is beachy - mermaid-themed so it's classic Minor issue - the mattresses were pretty soft / mushy so it's probably time to upgrade mattresses

Balcony Oasis

We loved staying here. Spacious bedroom and living room, great kitchen, beautiful tiled showers, and a heavenly balcony with views of the ocean. The kids also liked watching the cars go by on the street from the balcony. The balcony had beautiful warm sunshine from early morning to mid afternoon and is in a spot that is blocked by most wind so you can enjoy your stay in January and February if it’s a little too cold on the beach with the wind. The hosts were very personal, friendly, and accommodating. We all slept great on the beds and they had an extra sleeping cushion for my 4 year old to sleep on too. The beach is not crowded in this area but still plenty of restaurants, shopping, parks, and putt putt golf close by. Coffee shops in walking distance (1 mile) in both directions up and down the beach. A very nice hot tub and pool came with our stay. We would definitely stay again!
