A Pet Friendly Tropical Oasis!

The Saltwater Hippie LP2 is located in the beautiful community of Las Palmeras is your very own tropical oasis! It is close to the beach & within walking distance to all the best restaurants & shops. On the 1st floor you will find 1 of 2 primary suites. Step outside and you will find a large covered patio and a lush green space. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather from the comfort of their own home! Upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen & living space that opens up onto the deck where you can watch the ships come in! The 2nd master bedroom & bath is off the main living area. There is also a guest bedroom & bathroom located on the second floor. This property will allow ONE dog. Las Palmeras has a resort-style pool that will make you feel like you are on "Island Time" all the time! There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. No garage parking available. Boats, trailers, and street parking is not allowed per the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

My family and I and joyed our stay at the Oasis. The property is well maintained and clean. The property has many of the needs you need as if you were at home like washer, dryer, and dishwashing machines. This is a place I would recommend to all who have a large family due to the amount of abundant of space of the house. We loved that everything was at walking distance or close by. We have nothing but good things to say about the spot and the excellent customer service when I did call for information. Hope to stay here again on our next vacation down at Port A.

Walking distance to everything

We loved our stay here! Walking distance to town and close to beach. I will say, the parking was tight. We had a small suv and two cars that barely fit. Also, the check in information was sent 30 minutes after 4pm. Other than that, it was great! The bathrooms were amazing and we loved having the balcony and back yard.
