Auxerre 2023

Overall the property is a great space for a family holiday as it has 4 bedrooms, good sized kitchen and dining area. It also has good play areas for younger children and the pool is great for all. The walk to town for restaurants, cafes and local amenities is only 25 minutes. Auxerre has a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes! Our only concerns were that we couldnt lock two patio doors which led to a bedroom and playroom, although they did have shutters which we had to keep down. There were a couple of items missing when we stayed - one lounger and the BBQ. However, this didnt cause us any concern. Our arrival was a bit messy as we had been given a different address but once we contacted the owner we were directed to the right place. Overall the owner was very helpful and responded quickly when we contacted him. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Très agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison très bien équipée avec comme point fort la piscine chauffée, les petits et les grands apprécieront. Tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce, l'hôte est très réactif et Mina nous a très gentiment accueillis. La maison est en bord de route donc il y a de la circulation mais ça s'entend très peu à l'intérieur.

Les points forts de cette maison sont la proximité du centre ville, la superficie et évidemment la PISCINE.... Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très bien bien équipée et très propre. La piscine couverte et chauffée permet une utilisation en cas de mauvais temps. Tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce, et l'hôte est joignable facilement. Seul point négatif, la route proche de la maison est très fréquentée et apporte beaucoup de bruit. Un peu désagréable lorsqu'on est dehors, mais pas du tout dans la maison car elle est très bien isolée.

Maison avec piscine très agréable !

Nous avons loué cette propriété en famille et amis. Elle a fait l’unanimité ! La piscine a séduit les petits comme les grands !!! La décoration est faite avec goût, 4 vraies chambres et 2 belles SDB ! Merci à Mina pour son accueil ! On espère revenir rapidement !
