This bright, functional and well-appointed 28 m² apartment is 600m from the first beaches and close to the center of Notre Dame de Monts, making it perfect for a family seaside getaway.

The apartment's little extras: a shared swimming pool and heated paddling pool, and a terrace overlooking the pools so you can make the most of sunny days.

We provide travelers with: beach games, board games, a high chair and an umbrella bed.

Please note: the swimming pool is open from May to September at the following times: 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Please note that it is only heated from June to September.
Wifi is shared by all residents of the residence.
